I am very satisfied. It’s a great product easy installation finished the best washing machine ever I am on.

Had it for a month now, and it works well. Gets the whites whiter than our last washer. Cycles are quick, too

I love how easily it works, how it senses the size of the load and adjusts the timing accordingly, and operates very quietly.

One of the best efficient best for the money washer out in the market in my opinion. Extremely efficient with AI option added. Has a bit of a learning curve, but just your normal setting alone will get most of the job done. The option to control and see progress on your phone is an added bonus. Overall, very satisfied with this washing machine.

So far has worked flawlessly. Have done large bedding and towels, steamed the loads and they came out great. Other clothes and things done on turbo, speed and high speed spin all worked well Happy with this purchase

Great product looks nice and washes good. The only down side I have noticed is the fabric softener doesn’t fully get rinsed out when washing I have had to clean it out myself other then that good.

Sad to see our old washer and dryer go but this combo is amazing and it has so much more space then our old one. And the settings on here are crazy

I was looking to upgrade my old front loader set. The old white set worked fine, I just wanted the newer technology with the bells & whistles. I'm definitely enjoying it so far. 1 load down, a million more to go! I hope!!

We have had this set for over 16 months and love it. Clothes come powerfully clean. Highly intuitive. Quiet. We love ability to wash delicates to our 9x12 Ruggable area rug and dog beds. Of course we use the tub clean program in between. We bought this for another home and loved it. We’re buying another set for our house because we have become so adept at laundry with this W/D set, we are on top of our laundry. With kids, we’ll need another set!!

Replaced a 10 year old Samsung, and like LG much better. More intuitive controls, quieter and does not vibrate and "walk" all over the floor. Plenty of options, like the allergy setting as we are in desert with lots of allergens.

So far it works well. I appreciate that quick cycles and that there is cycle for cleaning the tub, hoping that helps with the smell front loads have.

First front-load we've ever owned and it's a great washer thus far. Handles tough stains, is silent, and doesn't use a lot of water. Huge upgrade from our previous top-loader. Alerts me on the phone when the load is done which saves a lot of time.

Very happy with the product so far - about a month of daily multiple loads. Easy to use and understand and connect with app. I am connecting everything LG with the app. Love the app functionality. The delivery team damaged my floor while delivering if but BB's customer support took care of it by reimbursing me the amount the contractor charged. It was a hassle for sure but at least with they didnt argue with me and paid up immediately.

I am so impressed with this machine. It is so quiet, so fast and beats my old machine by miles. Love it!

Washer is quiet. Very effective cleaning. Only a few wash loads but happy with results. Very good on water usage. Had an agitator model before.
