Runs well! But clothing, particularly sheets are badly twisted in the final cycle making items difficult to remove. This is a design issue. Our previous Samsung washer has solved that issue.

We have owned LG in the past in their washer/dryer line. The new washer is quiet and no vibration. Very good product, worth what I paid and while not the top of the line, it has all the features we are looking for. Great job LG.

So far so good. This LG is utterly "silent". The options and lighting are great - and the sound it makes when cycle is complete is entertaining. But, if you are deciding to get this model - get it in the lighter color so you can read the settings. They're hard to read on the darker machine that we have. Oh! Did I mention it 100% cleans like a charm (thumbs up).

I bought this set for my mom. It is very sleek amd modern-looking. She never had a front loader so it was a positive change but she actually loves that it is quiet and cleans pretty well and spins to almost dry. I would recommend. Also comes with a 10 year warranty.

Lice this machine. Hanother LG in past, then Samsung. Went back to LG. Fast quiet loads. Pretty new but works great.

Overall I am pleased with this machine. I was skeptical at first because the wash cycles seem very short. I thought it was too short to be effective. However everything comes out very clean. Took off one star because from time to time I get the SUD error for no reason. I only use one detergent pod so it's impossible that I'm using too much. Once the SUD error happens it will run for hours. Eventually I just cut it off and run a rinse/spin cycle. Some people have started switching back to top loaders. I am still on team front load - it's much more efficient with water and the gravity from a front load does a better job at cleaning. Just remember to always leave the door open.

Excellent cleaning and shorter cycles with the steam add on. Love the capacity and getting notifications via WiFi that the load is done. Highly recommend

Love the stackable LG washer and dryer. It was extremely efficient when I did my first load of laudry (towels) as it has a specific setting for towels and they were washed and dried extremely fast, saving me time. The Smart feature and Built-in Intelligence are extremely useful and easy to navigate. Should have bought these sooner!

This is a machine that has everything i was looking for in addition to the cost an affordable price great discount. Never had an LG washer always bought the traditional brands. Albert, the Best Buy sales employee helped answering all my questions. He is very professional and has patience with older women. Thank you Albert.

Love this washer! Super quiet, quick wash times, and clothes are almost dry after a spin cycle. Really nice. The wifi / internet connection seemed just silly, but I admit it's kinda cool to know when the load is done with a phone notification instead of having to check back on the washer all the time. Nice feature after all.

Like this washer. Previously had a different brand washer which rusted out. Hope this lasts. Like the features. Spin cycle is very good but have used a washer with slightly better spin cycle.

So far it is working great. Quite, sleek and does a good job at cleaning. Delivery team was wonderful and kind.
