I purchased the washer / dryer set with pedestals in November 2021. I never experienced any issues, and it is working well. I appreciate the savings on the dry cleaners' cost! I follow the maintenance recommendation, and wipe the excess water the drum after use

Fantastic washing machine! Better than the Maytag that it replaced and very happy with the connected aspect of LG appliances. I didn't think it would be a big deal, but getting a notification that the load is done helps me get the clothes in the dryer before they get moldy. With the ring turned off, it's nearly impossible to tell when its finished without the notification.

Consumer Reports rated LG in the top brands, and this is our second set. This washer is incredibly quiet and smooth for a front loader.

Very pleased with this purchase, we've used the washer regularly for one month. The washer is very quiet, offers many cycles and settings, and does a good job cleaning. It seems to use very little water. We have not used any of the wi-fi features. The only constructive comment is that a slightly longer drainage hose would be helpful (it's a stretch in our laundry room). The direct drive feature is our primary reason for choosing LG, especially after the bearings went bad in our old washer. The TurboWash feature was a good choice as well, because it reduces cycle time.

So far so good. It’s been whisper quiet. Wash time is shorter than my old LG. I should have updated my washer a long time ago.

Greater washer, very user friendly and good even for large loads (I.e king size comforters). Easy to use and clean.

Super quiet and the AI for the cycles is amazing. Check the use of detergent, need to be HE and small amounts. After the cycle, the clothes come out almost dry.
