So glad I purchased this. Super easy to use and has so many different settings to give your clothes the best wash.

soooo amazing!! color is insanely beautiful! this set is everything that I could want in my laundry room...and more! all the useable features and none of the junk. the only thing i had to get used to was throwing my pods in the tub. super quiet, self leveling, the cycles are so fast and effecient. no wasting of water or trying to figure out what size of load i just threw in there. it does everything for me! LOVE!

Purchased this after our top-loading washing machine finally stopped working (mid-cycle). It is such an upgrade, I'm mad I didn't do this before. The LG app is surprisingly convenient too, letting me on my phone when the wash is complete or when we need to run a clean cycle.

I really like this washing machine. It does not need a pedestal, so that is very nice. It has many setting and so far we are pleased with the way it performs.

Happy with this purchase. Front load makes it easy to reach all items (some family members are shot so it was challenging to reach the bottom in a traditional washer). Freak load detection so very energy efficient. And love that it connects to an app so when I’m out of hearing distance, I know exactly when it finishes the cycle so clothes don’t sit there for hours.

Has performed as advertised, Paired with a best buy warranty i have no complaints.

Love my new washer. Gets clothes done quickly. Love that the door is magnetic and stays slightly open to air dry. Once you figure out how to operate panel, it is easy to program. I didn’t find the hard copy quick guide helpful. Once you download manual(not easy), it is not the easiest to maneuver through to find the information you need. Wish there was a hard copy provided.

I like the dryer. I would really like for it to be hotter and the door slams.

Needed a washer & dryer. I gave the sales associate the specs. He showed me the matching models that fitted my criteria. We rang it up & they were delivered within 3 days. The delivery staff got the old out & installed the new set & I was washing clothes within the hour. 2 thumbs up from beginning to end!

I've had this washer for about a month now and I'm really enjoying it. My only criticism is if you have a specific way you like to run your cycles, you have to set specific parameters each time, but when I've used the preset settings the clothes have always come out smelling really fresh and not over- or under-washed.

Very good product, it is easy to use and everyone in our family likes to use this washer.

We’ve had this washer about 2 months. Overall, I like it, but I think some of the settings are confusing. I’m disappointed it doesn’t have an interior drum light. It has WiFi, but no light?! It washes pretty well though, so I’m pleased.
