This machine is a replacement of a 11 years old sister machine. I believe is a great product.

This is an excellent machine and so spacious inside the drum. The clothes really have room to get clean. I wish I had bought it sooner

The washer and dryer are wonderful. It took a couple of loads to figure out the drying time/cycles, but they are very nice. We do at least a load a day. Usually three or four on the weekend.

This washer and dryer set is on the expensive side, but is certainly worth it!

Awesome washer! Had the older model for about 7-8 years, before any issues at all, wife just decided she wanted some newer features!

Big loads, lots of wash settings, monitor wash setings and cycles from your phine can even diagnose and download custom settings.

Aesthetically pleasing, good size, easy to install myself

This is my second LG front load washer. Works great. Delivery guys were very good. No problems so far.

I really dig this washer. I use it almost every day. I haven’t had it for very long but, coupled with the ThinQ app, it has been really convenient!

Gets my clothes so clean and is so quiet on the wash and spin cycles. Looks sleek. Totally worth the price with all the features and benefits that have been added. Highly recommend this washer.

I've only used it once and have no complaints. It's pretty quiet so that's a plus. Also, gets rid of suds quickly, unlike my last LG I purchased over ten years ago.

Just got delivered yesterday and did four loads of wash. I previously had a Samsung washer before this one that lasted 13 years. This washer is noisier than my last one. I was surprised how well the color matches my gas dryer that is also 13 years old and working fabulously.

Product is fine. BB treated us horribly. On two occasions post purchase, the washer went on sale at a lower price on BB website and we had screenshots. We called to get price adjustment, and after much delay, were told the price had changed upward again. Change your policy if you do not plan to honor it.

Excellent machine, I recommend it, it was the best purchase I made.

This washer works great on clothing. It has every setting you could want. The only downside so far is that it does not have a mode to dry the tub after each wash. You also need to wipe the inner gasket.

These units are by far the best I have ever used and Best buy made it simple to purchase and the install was just as great!! Great job Best Buy!!!

For the life of me i can't figure out how these have any positive reviews. Unfortunately i didn't find out until after the washer started ruining my clothes that this is a common issue. I researched the crap out of front load washers and i never came across the topic of clothes being ruined. Not until after my first load didn't i know that the issue is not only common but a normal occurrence. I really wish i could love this LG washer. I've tried multiple cycles and The result is always the same. Apparently friction created between the clothes rubbing during the wash cycle is the main issue. Since the unit barely uses any water, the clothes don't have the ability to separate. In turn the lack of separation causes the clothes to rub to the point of being destroyed. I noticed laundromat washers use enough water to halfway fill the drum and i think that's why those units don't have same issue as these do. I did a "normal" cycle on the LG and the clothes tumbled in a very small amount of water for over an hour. It makes absolutely no sense as to why they would design this washer to cycle for such a long time. It's the same motion over and over for way too long. The clothes rub against eachother for an excessively long time. It's no wonder it destroys clothing. I watched the cycle through the window to watch the process. Luckily i was washing bedding during my viewing party. I wash all my colors on the lowest temperature and also time dry my clothes on low heat. I recently tried doing a Speed Wash and watched that process as well. Speed Wash typically was around 25 minutes and seemed way more practical than any of the other settings. I also resorted to the highest soil level hoping that there would be less friction between the clothes. Based on some of the research I did I found posts that's addressed the issue and basically suggested ridiculous steps to take to help mitigate the most regular of clothing fabrics. But this if you want to waste money and ruin your clothes in the process. I'm so disappointed. I went through great lengths to install these and move the old washing machine combo i replaced with these out of my unit. Pick up truck, stairs, time.. all a waste
