Great machine quick and different options for your different needs, the whole family is inspired to use it

The first unit that was delivered had a broken control panel: The screen didn’t work, and the power button and cycle selector dial were completely detached from the unit. (See photos.) Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the defect until we’d hooked the washer up. It still ran, so while we were waiting for a replacement, we did a couple loads of laundry. It was so incredibly loud, even though I’d gone through the effort of leveling the feet first. Like, screeching loud. We couldn’t have a normal conversation three rooms away while it was running. Luckily, Best Buy swapped it out with another unit, and this one runs much quieter. So, if your unit is incredibly loud (like some other reviews indicate), my guess is that your unit is also defective, and you might consider getting a replacement. Annoyingly, Best Buy charged us $25 to install the replacement unit. (I’d installed the first defective one with a friend, but didn’t have a friend available to help install the replacement one when it came.) I feel like Best Buy should have waived that fee, since they’d sold me a defective unit to begin with.

This machine is so quiet you hardly notice it is running. This was a great purchase making laundry day enjoyable.

It's doing it's job! I bought is because I have REALLY hard water and my last washer only lasted 4 years. The app will not sync (don't really need an app, anyway...). I like the different settings, too. It is very LOUD, a lot louder than my samsung.

I love my new washer. I’m a gadget and technology freak and the new washer is so cool. It sends data about the wash load that it just completed to the dryer over our wifi so the dryer will know how much water is still in the cloths. It uses half the water per load of our old washer and this is important if you are on a private septic system because you don’t want to overload the system with water it cal lead to expensive failure. Anyway, this is super cool it also used about half the soap we used to put in our old washer and the clothes come out great

The machine works great, ran it through different cycles and everything came out ok. The problem is the lack of a manual with the product. Our finish wash always came out a little warm even when we had it on cold water. No instructions told us that it was the steaming process of the machine. LG were helpful in helping us figrue this out

Handled large blanket very well. Wifii completion very usefull.

This appliance was bought on a black friday deal and i must admit its a steal. Can tackle any load thrown at it.

This washer is doing a great job of getting things clean, including oils and sweat...not just dirt. Loaded with options.

Efficient, quiet and looks good. My wife love's it.

This is tough to review. It probably has too many bells and whistles. On startup, the machine goes into a sensing mode for few minutes just making noises but not actually starting the load. I think this determines how long to wash and spin based on weight? Either way, it increases the wash time. On the first test wash, we were horrified to see a small puddle under the machine. Called BB who said a technician will show up in 24 hours to fix the problem. No one has contacted us and its been 2 weeks but the leak seems to have subsided but we're not reassured that it won't come back. I don't want to give a poor review based on BB or the fact that I think it has too much tech in it. Make sure you want all the features such as WiFi and auto sensing to justify the price increase. These are the highest scoring units in consumer reports which is why I chose this machine.

We purchased this w/d set because of the reviews and to replace the whirlpool duet that gave out. It's quiet and does what it's supposed to do. Like the perk of having access to clean the discharge filter because we have two large dogs that leave hair everywhere.

Washer has good capacity and reasonable defined settings but modifying the temperature is not intuitive.

LG is a leader in front load washers and it didn't take long using this to see why. It has more features than you'll probably every use. To be honest we probably would have been fine getting the 3600, but on sale it didn't cost that much more. Bought my first LG front loader about 13 years ago and this is much, much better. Love the door latch that keeps you from shutting the washer door so an extra water can dry out.

Super nice, very intuitive, and easy to use. It’s also really cool that you can connect to the WiFi and the app lets you know the wash cycle is over.

Great washer, multiple cycles to clean your garments… steam setting and disinfect cycles… the best… THINKQ… ready out the box easy to set and program, love it!

So far I am loving this machine. It's quiet, efficient and has a lot of great features. Only dislike is sometimes there is a little water left behind, and I have to run a spin cycle to drain it out.

I purchased this washer about two weeks ago and so far I have been very impressed with everything I have washed in it, I replaced a Samsung washer that was 8 years old with this LG Turbo wash Washer and I couldn’t be happier! This LG washes everything so much faster and spins the clothes much drier than my old washer. I hate to say it but I am happy my old washer broke!
