For about two years, we have been using this washer without any issues so far. I am impressed with LG making the high quaiity washer. We were able to load more clothes in the washer and got good results.

I haven’t had to buy a washer and dryer in over 17 years. Decided to go with LG because of our great sales person, and I’m so happy with our purchase. Best washer and dryer with lots of features.

Happy with this purchase. Family likes the machine. The app with its tracking to clean the tub helps us feel better knowing we are taking care of the machine properly - it’s just one button! The voice assistant connects and tells us when the load is done, never leaving it wet too long thankfully.

The washer is going good so far. I also took the bestbuy service installation and they did a good job. I also have LG ThinQ app and can run some customized eco friendly cycles as well.

Consumer Reports rated this model number 1 across the board. I waited a year to be able to get this washer/dryer combo because of the pandemic. Best Buy had the best price and the experience was painless. The washer is well-made with tempered glass doors and lots of preprogrammed options. They even have a Tub clean cycle. A stainless steel drum. SPEND THE EXTRA FOR THE PEDESTALS!

Great washer/dryer pair. So quiet, holds big loads, and so many cycle options to choose from- love it! It even notifies my phone when the cycle is done. The pedestals are also a necessity for me - they are great storage and make it easier to load and unload laundry. Best Buy delivery and set up was the best ever- Highly recommend!

I’ve purchased Kenmore appliances for years until they were discontinued. I needed a washer, started my research and chose LG. I am impressed with all of the available washing cycles. The quietness of the washer when it’s running is another fabulous feature. Mostly, I enjoy the washer singing to me at the end of the cycle indicating it’s done! So far, I’m very impressed and very happy with my purchase!!

First time owning a front load washer and kicking myself for not getting one sooner! Easy to use and gets the job done. Just love that it connects to my home wifi so I can control it via the app.

Bought this as a washer/dryer set. Best Buy delivery team was very polite. I did the installation myself and it was very simple. It does give a flow sense warning, but we could just need our ducts cleaned.

This is out second LG Tromm front loader set. The first set we purchased in about 2006-7 and with little maintenance and care lasted us around 17 yrs. The new set is much better and we are very satisfied with the quality and experience. We were actually able to reuse our older pedestals!

I find this machine extremely beneficial as it washes clothes much better and faster than I expected.

We are very pleased with this washer. The installation went very well and the washer works as advertised. We have not had a chance to use the steam functionality yet but really like the LQ ThinQ app to give us the status of the washer. We like the detergent dispenser and also like that the washer has a drain clean out.

Awesome washer! Had the older model for about 7-8 years, before any issues at all, wife just decided she wanted some newer features!
