    Good washing machine. No bells and whistles, but clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. Somewhat noisy, compared to others, though.

    Bought washer and dryer and they are excellent and love them both. Attractive color black and white was very different for me so I made it work.

    Leaking after 10 minutes of use

    The delivery guys were great. Hooked everything up perfectiy. Started leaking from under the machine, not the hookups, 10 minutes after they left. They came back, cleaned up all the water and called Best Buy support to get the machine replaced. Now I'm waiting for the new one to be scheduled to be delivered and the defective one to get picked up. Very disappointing.

While we're glad to hear the delivery and installation were handled well, we understand your concern about experiencing a leak so soon after setup. Sometimes, water can leak from underneath the washer if the drain hose isn’t secured properly in the standpipe or if the drain filter isn’t tightened all the way. It might be a good idea to check the drain filter cover at the bottom front panel to make sure it’s sealed up nicely.     I have to question why your Review Guidelines indicate the following: "When writing your review, please consider the following guidelines: Focus on the product and your individual experience using it Provide details about why you liked or disliked a product" First I would have to ask why I did not receive a survey regarding the Customer Care and Service received, which is a part of the overall purchase experience? I'm not too fond of the product because it was not installed correctly. I have attached a picture of the product installed. Why would anyone like a product that is installed in this manner? Most individuals purchase these types of products because they would be aesthetically appealing in their home and the features they provide. This product is not as aesthetically appealing as the attached pictures depict.

    WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES

    Do more research before getting this machine. It ruins clothes!! I thought if I just gave it time and got familiar with the cycles but NO!! Even on delicate cycle, items have been ruined. Tee Shirts and Sweat Shirts come out with fuzz balls -aka- lint balls -aka-pilling, this wasn't bc clothes was old, this happened on NEW and fairly new clothes brands like Nike and Carhartt. Don't just rely on the ratings displayed on the Merchant's sight. Search the web.

    It would be great if I could provide a review but, I can't! Especially since when my equipment was delivered and installed on 4/22/2021 BUT the techs did not level them... therefore I can't use them. I called the Geek Squad 12 times 1 on 4/22/2021 and 11 times on 4/23/2021 only to be told that I will need to wait until the next available appointment 4/27/2021 to have it "re" installed. This is a POOR way to deal with customers. Is it really Best Buy or Best INCONVENIENCE!!

    Just wasted an hour trying to get LG thinQ app to link with this new washer… what a completely frustrating experience!!! Hope it’s never really necessary to actually use this feature because it doesn’t work. LG you must test features like this before you market them… shame on you for claiming to have wifi connection! Also another huge miss - THERE’S NO COMPLETE SET OF INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED. AND IF YOU GO TO THEIR WEBSITE, THEY’RE NOT AVAILABLE TO PRINT OR DOWNLOAD OUT EITHER!!! If you go to the LG website to download a complete set of instructions for this model washer, you get sent to a VERY difficult to navigate online version of instructions that must be read on a computer or smart phone. LG you must provide at least a pdf version of the complete instructions for people who purchase this washer.

    This washer machine makes noises it shakes so bad that it bounces. It is a brand new washer I bought it two months ago and on the first wash all this happened so I'm not very happy with this machine I would not recommend it.

    Nightmare Experience!

    This has been the worst experience! Took 5 weeks to get the washer, then washer was defective and leaked all over my floor and caused water damage. Insurance claim filed Defectiver washer came with a damaged torn drain hose!
