Great washer! I have it since December, 2023 ( about 6 month) so far everything is good. Its not loud, I like the fact that if you don't have a full load and you choose normal wash cycle LG washer adjusts the time of the cycle based on the weight of the load. Also, the app is great. I have connected it myself. Truly recommend.

I bought both the washer and dryer set, and I absolutely love them. They are more quiet than most washer and dryers. Also has the smart dry so it will shut off when it detects that your close are dry, plus the washer also tumbles a little bit on normal mode and lets you know how long it will take for them to wash. That way when you only put in a little. You arent using as much water and it takes less time to wash. Also the dryer has a steam feature to help people like me to make sure that your clothes don't come out wrinkled. Love them and would recommend the set for everyone.

The previous model cleaned better than any other washer and dryer we've ever seen. The only issue was that the rubber gasket seal around the door was annoying to keep clean. This one is improved and even has all of the steam settings! Flawless!

The washer works great and looks really sleek in black steel. It runs super quiet, cleans clothes really well, and the smart features make it easy to keep track of loads. Definitely worth the price for the quality.

The machine works! It's quiet, has a neat sounding jingle when the cycle is done, as does the Dryer. We're hoping that the LG Team has figured out the Front Loading issues. It certainly looks that way, easy access lower left when it's time to make sure the drainage stays clean.

This washer machine is excellent. I love the door at front, that way it makes it more easy to do the laundry Easy to install.

This is the LG one drive pattend technology. Meaning it has an automatic 10 year warranty. Since there are no belts to wear/burn out it should last longer than the old technology.

This washer does a great job of sensing the load along with a nice job of cleaning the clothes, but it is not too rough on the clothes. I used another major brand for years, but reviews showed LG have a superior reliability rating. I'm very happy.
