OMG 100 times better than the Samsung washer dryer set we purchased in 2020! Easy to use, cloths are cleaner and no mechanical issues with this set like the Samsung….

this washer is amazing, we switched from a samsung to this one and will never buy anything else! it is very quiet, very smooth wash, it doesn't smell, love this washer!

Nice dial and touch interface. Really good at cleaning. Quiet operation. Plenty of drum capacity. Turbowash is useful. App integration is useful for tracking cycle, maintenance and power usage.

Pros: One of highest rated on Consumer Reports. Gets clothes clean. Very easy to use. WiFi connection is helpful in notifying when cycles are done so you can remove before they wrinkle. Cons: None thus far. CAUTION: Do not use JB Hunt for delivery and installation. Not knowledgeable, switched cold/hot water connections, did not level machines, and rude/offensive. I have contacted Best Buy 4x now after submitting their survey. No response.

My new LG washing machine does a great job cleaning my clothes. It is quieter than other washing machines I have had. I am pleased with this product.

I needed a new washer after my old one's drive shaft bent. I was apprehensive about getting one with so many bells and whistles, but two different repair guys recommended this brand, so I went with it. My laundry time has been cut in half. I am still using the same crappy old dryer I have had for like 20 years, but because the clothes are almost dry before going in, it makes quick work of it. So far, I am very happy. If you're not used to using the LG app to control LG products, you might have a learning curve. I have several, so it was no problem for me.

Haven not used all of the wash cycles yet, but do love the way the washer performs and it holds alot more than I anticipated!

When it came time to replace my “beauty” after 15 years, there was no question that we’d purchase another LG washer again. From the time the washer stopped working, to the time we got back home after buying a second at Best Buy, it was 49minutes!! I love this appliance, especially its sleeker look and ease of operation. Fingers crossed that this one lasts another 15 years, although it’s really not luck, it’s LG beautiful technology and workmanship.

So far so good. Delivery and installation was easy and convenient. Still a bit in the learning stage as this new washer has lots of new features compared to our old Maytag that was over 20 years old. It’s super quiet too.

This is the first washer I have ever meeded to purchase and thankfully it has been a great one. I have had it now for roughly 3 weeks now. I was surprised with how quiet it is when running and even more surprised with how smooth it is when spinning. So far i have no complaints with it and only struggling to add to Wifi. I will recommend that you wipe the door seal and door glass down after every wash to help prevent mold or smells. Plus make sure to leave cracked open too just for extra drying time. Hope this helps anyone else thinking of buying this washer.

Larger capacity than I thought! Washed a king-size comforter with no issues. Short wash time, and came out almost dry with the spin cycle. I previously had an LG washer and this is even better!

Does not get things very clean. Uses minimum water. Very confusing dial to get what you want. Instruction manual is worthless. Too much technology. Had to call for help a couplel months after buying. The electronics froze up. Told me to unplug the washer and it would reset and then it worked. How inconvenient to have to reach over the top of washer sitting on a pedastal base.

I'm impressed with the various wash cycles but even more with how efficient this machine is with water and electricity. Shortest wash times and super clean clothes!

As we have our washer in the garage, I appreciate the mobile app that notifies me when the cycle has been completed. The control panel is easy to use and has multiple options that set the temperature and cycle. The front loader is an improvement over a stand up washer as it ensures that the entire load is thoroughly cleaned. A definite plus of the washer is the large capacity that handles queen size blankets.

The one problem I have had so far is that the Start button is finicky. You have to work hard to get it to respond, and that can't be good for the button. I have only had the unit a month, so that points to bad design. I can start the unit with the app, so that is a workaround. But what happens if the wifi is down? The unit should obviously be easy to start without using an app. A reason these companies should not rely so heavily on digital capabilities. A good old fashioned knob is more reliable for longer. On the plus side, the quick wash works well.

Much better than my old washer at properly washing clothes. Washes are very customizable, with more options available via download from the mobile app. The fact that you can remote control it from the app is pretty cool too. Very modern look. I read through the manual and it was pretty clear about everything you need to consider to use this appliance.
