    I needed a slightly larger TV, so I bought this, “LG - 48" Class C3 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TV”… nothing but one headache after another… Even though it’s just over a year old, I may just throw it in the dumpster and go back to Samsung! Buyer Beware…

    The tv is acceptable. It offers more than we really need. I wish you carried more non-smart tv choices. Not everyone wants or needs a smart tv in every room.

    Trying to set up cameras was difficult. Because the Support team was hard to understand . One camera was bad and they said they would send new one but hasn’t arrived yet (2 weeks later). Tried to e mail them still waiting for reply. The others, that finally got paired, work good.

    And BB says “only 15 day return window.” Avoid. LG support is the usual chat nonsense and they’ll find a technician to send out fir warranty service. You would think BB would want to help a customer that just spent a thousand bucks on a TV, but … nope. I mean, i bought it from a local store under a possibly naïve assumption that i would gdt some post-sale support, but haha. So guess what? No more Best Buy, despite the convenience and all of the money I’ve spent with them over the years. This TV is the first Lucky Goldstar product I’ve ever bought. It is also the last.

    50/50 Xbox not compatible

    This is a great tv the reason for 2 stars is my Xbox would cause the screen to black out at any time of use and wasn’t compatible. I read that it’s 50/50 that it would happen and I tried diff hdmi cords etc nothing seemed to fix it

    Great TV

    LG OLED48C3AUB It’s a TV and a monitor, the Magic Remote has motion control, and the quality is great. You don’t need Bluetooth speakers for the TV, because the sound quality is already great. The TV is also super customizable as well! The HDMI works great too, but the delay is unfortunately about 0.04 seconds between devices. I’m not sure if that’s my wiring problem, or if that’s the TV itself. Anyway, great TV and monitor, but not fully suitable for hardcore gaming like Geometry Dash, Fortnite, or some HyPixel games. You can still play those games, But the TV sometimes doesn’t render it properly or delays the sync. It works better for less hardcore games such as Minecraft, Among Us, Roblox, and other non-hardcore games. The screen quality is great though, and even my Macro Camera cannot capture the individual pixels. It automatically resizes anything to its screen resolution. It’s worth the $999.99. I use it for gaming all of the time. It also has an unlimited viewing angle. The screen has a really rich black, and great color accuracy. Most TVs struggle with dark colors, but this TV does a great job. The 120 HZ is perfect for gaming, because all of my electronics also are 120 HZ. It fits perfectly in my room as well. I think everyone should buy it.

    I bought this TV to replace my older Sony, but it has been nothing but problems, since day 1, I was never able to update or download any apps, I was able to update the software but I was never able to use its built in apps, I ended up buying a Chromecast Tv and connected it to the HDMI to use a Smart TV. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this TV.

    The first TV wouldn't shut off...it had to be replaced...the tech said it was probably a bad board. The replacement wouldn't turn on...they said it was probably a bad board. I am waiting for a third replacement TV. In the meanwhile, I do not have the ability to watch TV.

    Picture Looked Great But Wound Up Returning

    For some reason the TV would not stay Off when turned Off. After about 2 minutes it turned itself back on. Several technicians attempt to fix. Wound up returning the TV and buying a different make.

    So far, not at all happy. I've spent hours trying to adjust the color to achieve a decent looking skin tone. So far, that has not happened - too green, too red. Plus, HDMI arc function hooked up to stereo receiver worked for one day. Next day, nothing.

    After 13 months the screen broke

    Incredible, warramty is for 12 months, and right at the 13th month, the screen suddenly stopped working. When xalled for help cause it's a $1500 TV, they told me, "Sorry sir, its a warranty matter, and you'll have to try and fix it on your own."

    It doesn't matter if I use my home wifi or mobile hotspot. More than half the time I turn the tv on, I can't do something like watch Disney Plus. It says I'm connected to the internet. But after waiting 10 minutes for youtube or Disney plus to load, I can't get in.

    Never delivered item as requested.. signature required.. just left out on open deck.. rained on for 10 days.. extremely disappointed to say the least .. now have to spend more time for pickup.. plus if I took chance and reordered , might get same misdeluvery..

    Good luck with this tv! Defective out of the box, tv would not turn off after setup and spent hours with customer support with LG and no fix. Spend an extra $100 for the Sony 4k9, guys at Best Buy showed me some differences and picture is much better straight from the box without any adjustment vs this tv!!
