Tv has nice bright screen and better than average tv sound. While the remote is improved from previous versions, I still find it difficult to use and unnecessarily complicated.

My Samsung set up in minutes, the LG is still a work in progress. The LG will eventually work however you have to go through manual steps instead an automatic setup like the Samsung.

One complaint is voice prompt to set up. The voice is barely understandable and speaks at warp speed. We missed some input cues because we couldn’t read the screen fast enough to keep up with prompt. Also, sound volume needed is 30. Former TV @25.
