I love this television. Great value, and awesome picture.

I bought this tv because the images being displayed at best buy looked great and they do, the use vivid mode on the tv on display which is over saturated in color when you have the tv at home and use it with normal lighting the colors look weird and must be changed to standard or ips. which look better. The tv has some greats functionality i do like it, but what turned me off about this tv is the availability to reproduce black colors its horrible dark scenes look like bad word . LET ME Put It Like This, the black colors look more like a faded black there is no darkness to it no depth for a 4k tv i expected a bit more. i like to turn off my lights and i must say i don't appreciate to see scenes that are supposed to be dark and black be faded black because the backlighting is pushing so much light the black pixels wash out... i did increase decrease contrast and play with brightness no change, no i did not get a faulty tv the one at bestbuy had the same issues displaying black but i ignored it thinking the store lighting had something to do with it. . None the less today 1 day after buying this tv i will return it.. and spend maybe a 200 more and buy me a samsung 4k tv which had much better darks but at the store i though the intense light at the section where the lg was was causing that nope it was the tv.. if you want Home theater experience don't buy this tv .. sound is great past 30 the bass no longer makes a difference use with sound bar or something ...goes up to 100 i used it with bose cinemate and worked great. see my attached picture te top bar and lower bar of the video playing is black and on my other tv shows black on this tv it seems black with extreme light behind it looks black with blue hue and washed out.. buy at your own discretion by the way in the picture the woman is wearing a black swimsuit/dress with white lines.....

I was shopping for a new tv when I found this brand new 4k UHD smart tv in the store. I thought it was reasonably priced for the size and quality of tv it provided and once I brought it home, I realized I made a great decision. I love the apps and how amazing the picture quality looks on my brand new tv! I can't quit bragging about it to everybody that comes to visit and showing it off. Great purchase!

I am very impressed with the pictures quality of this television. The price was right and set up was a breeze. I'd definitely recommend this television.

Nice TV, especially for the money. Very good picture and sound is very good. Smart features are easy to use, too. Definitely, though, bought for the future as there's not much 4k content available and, if you have cable, a special box is required which most providers aren't even offering yet. But, that should come soon. In the meantime, it's about a nice a picture as what's available.

We went in to purchase a new TV with several brands and sizes in mind. After a lot of comparison and research we decided on this LG model. We are very happy with that choice. The picture is very vibrant, the set up was easy and that price was good to boot. I would highly recommend this TV.

Easy setup and great picture. Great value for the price paid. It could use an additional HDMI port, two is OK, but not always enough if you have multiple devices.

The only reason this doesn't make 5 stars is because I'm comparing it with an OLED set. Very reasonable price, easy to set up and it has a high quality picture.

I still haven't played with the Smart TV features after 30 days, but I'm very pleased with this replacement for my 32 inch Samsung (actually it just went downstairs). I did add a 10 db antenna booster that I purchased at Lowe's, but then I use over-the-air HD TV plus WiFi. I realized almost no one still uses over-the-air, but I think cable is a rip-off and more internet options are appearing. I'm very pleased with my decision.

This tv is perfect! It is easy to use and the picture is very clear and the quality is amazing!

Wasn't sure if I was ready to buy into the 4K bandwagon yet with too little real life options of 4K tv. This tv offered a reasonable price for a 4K upgrade and the picture is excellent. Only had the tv for one month so far no faults only disappointment is I still have to sometimes hook up my Roku for more streaming options beyond Netflix, Hulu and Amazon.

Awesome TV IMO; agree with others may get a little sound bar. Easy to set up, nice remote. The size is perfect for our not huge room. The picture quality and color setting is great, and we haven't even seen any 4k content yet, but when becomes more prevalent will be ready, and hopefully the TV will last for many years.

This LG 4K HD TV has incredible picture quality. What an improvement -- even when viewing my non-BlueRay DVDs! It's light weight and was easy to hook-up too. Our last TV was also 49" but the narrow edging on the LG has actually given us a bigger screen area. VERY pleased with this purchase and a great price too!

I only gave it a 4, because I don't give anything a perfect score (always room for improvement). Me and my wife have been very happy with this purchase. The picture is flawless, and the smart capabilities are convenient. If I could improve on 1 thing, it would be the audio. But I suppose a speaker/surround sound system could take care of that.

After comparing other similar models (including a returned Sharp Aquos tv) I purchased this TV on sale with a twenty dollar coupon for $579.99. After a month of operation I am thoroughly pleased at the picture quality, ease of use and stand alone sound quality. Great purchase.

Out of the box and set up in no time at all. Real nice initial set up workflow had me up and running network apps and home theater system integration in a flash. Great picture and just love the LG menu of operating controls. I think I will be happy with this TV for a while.

What a fantastic TV! The picture is incredible and the Smart TV is easy to use, even for senior citizens. Not a lot of 4K available yet, but it still upgrades the picture. Everyone who sees it comments on the fabulous picture quality. My sister bought one too.
