Great tv experience since I got it. Directions to put the feet on the tv were simple as was connecting the cable. Great picture and so easy to move from cable to apps like Netflix

Saw this TV in store and fell in love with the picture and the features. When I turned it on the first time it was easy to set up and navigate between apps. Everything about this TV is great.

I chose this LG smart TV because I trust LG. I replaced an LG flat screen that was not a smart TV but has served me well for several years. I wanted a smart TV in order to get rid of cable and watch Netflix and Prime. This has a very nice picture and the sound quality is OK. I had to mess around with the settings to get the best sound but still the sound is not consistent. I have to have it turned up quite a bit to hear the speaking but the music on the movies and shows will blast me out of the room. All in all this is a good purchase if you are looking for an inexpensive way to get a smart TV.

upgraded from my lcd and all i can say is wow. the picture is amazing. i use t for tv and gaming. amazing quality. features when connected to the internet are amazing

I couldn’t ask for a better tv for the price. The picture quality is great and the size is perfect. Very easy to get everything setup. Only problem now is pairing everything to one remote.

Have had this TV since 2017.. never once have I had any issues with it. TV works truly remarkable for the HDR/4K effects, I played Horizon Zero Dawn/God Of War, Spider-Man, you name it. The TV supports actually up to 120Hz a major game changer, for someone that wants to hook up a console to this TV it sure is a great choice. Blu-Ray/4K Movies look amazing as well, I saw Avengers: Infinity War & EndGame in 4K and was blown away by the resolution. Overall, a great choice! You will not regret this.

I bought this TV for my kids playroom. It was easy to set up and has good picture quality. The only reason why I won’t rate this 5 stars is because of LG’s permission requests in order to use the “smart” functions of the TV. There is no reason for a manufacturer to save or record what channels, tv programs, or what you are watching on other HDMI inputs (blu-ray player, Amazon Fire TV, video games, etc). It’s an absurd infringement on the users privacy just to monetize our data for the manufacturer that makes TVs, not broadcasts content. I turned off the permissions so I can’t utilize the smart functions but the kids watch cartoons, kids movies, and play Nintendo Classic on it so the good picture quality is all they need.

The size is perfect for a medium sized bedroom and it’s lightweight so easy to move when needed. The downside of that was it’s also easy to crack the frame but even then, it’s hardly noticeable.

The TV is amazing and the picture quality is awesome, considering the price. I got this on Black Friday and was contemplating to get another brand cheaper, but I'm glad I stuck with LG.

I purchased this tv to give to my dad for fathers day. I couldn't ask fo a better tv! The picture quality is remarkable and so easy to use.

The guys at Best Buy were great to work with. I really like the TV. Great picture, easy to set up. I wish it had the magic remote. I didn’t think about it in the store. The deal I got more than makes up for the remote.

This TV is a great value for the price. This is my first smart TV and it makes using Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. easy. For our typical viewing practices, the picture quality is great!

Great picture and sound.Even thou the best buy specs say no to HDR this tv is in fact a HDR 10 tv.

bought this tv on black Friday. love the smart feature. No cable in the room we put this tv and more than enough content. great picture but even watching 4k content I don't see a big difference from my 1080p tv's

this tv has excellent picture and sound very easy to set up and super easy to set up wifi .this is my first smart tv and I love it .also got it on a great sale for $ 329.00 .

I was thinking of getting a Samsung but not only did I get a bigger screen tv size but also much cheaper and tv works amazing ! I love it and I highly recommend it !
