First TV I got was badly damaged. Had to wait until stores reopened to exchange it. That process went really well. Only took maybe 15 minutes and it was well run. New TV is great. Got a 49 inch LG and love it. Set up was easy. Kudos to Best Buy for the way they handled the exchange in these trying times.

This TV has great quality picture and it’s very easy to use. It is a 49” smart TV and has 4K hi DEF. The best part is I only paid $279 plus tax for this. I will always go to Best Buy for electronics because I consistently get a good deal

I needed a new TV , went to Best buy and got this LG 49" TV I did look online and read the reviews before buying , my old tv stopped working I had a 60" plasma screen TV nice but with that tv you have to download the apps I like with this tv it already comes with all the apps , 4k uhd but I use the antenna would recommend to a friend

You will need to use the Vivid setting all the others are really too dark. Then go to settings on remote. Then the all settings. I had read there was no way to adjust. Wrong!!! After, I got it figured out it has a crystal clear picture.

I've been having this tv for about a year, I am pretty happy with it, however it does have its small downfalls. One downfalls that may apply for everyone is that it constantly needs to be updating, you turn it on and sometimes it needs to update, but the updates are quick. If you're into wireless commands, you can't connect from your phone unless if it's Netflix. Otherwise, you have to physically look for it on the tv apps with the remote (ex. Hulu). The LG app could use some improvement, it can turn off the TV and mess with sounds and channels only. The image is clear, sound is good. Connection is good. Still a really good tv.

Wasnt in themarket for a new tv but my 9 yr old 3d tv went black. Sad to see it go especially because they dont make rhe 3d ones anymore. Replaced with another LG because I have had good luck with the brand and got this for a fraction of the cost of w we hat I spent last time. Although the physical quality seems to be made cheaper, I am pleasantly surprised with the improved picture and sound quality. Now I just hope it lasts me as long as the last one.

I haven’t had a problem with the TV yet, however, we are yet to figure out how to connect our VCR to the TV. It’s bigger than I expected. It is wide enough to be placed on the wall, however, I have it on a TV stand.

This tv is relatively easy to setup if you have at least minimal tech skills. The picture is terrific. I use this in my workout area. It coordinated easily with my DVD player and my receiver.

Good color, easy setup, good Smart connectivity. I'd recommend. More than adequate for a college student that games and likes to watch TV..

High recommended, the uhd it is a perfect size and price for small rooms

I bought this tv early July of 2020. We had it installed and havent moved it since. I was watching tv with my family when the screen started to get black from the top. This is pretty ridiculous considering its only been 2 months. I didnt buy warranty with this so there goes $323 down the drain.

Brown spot even before plugging in, returning this weekend. Looks like a burn mark. Other than that awesome TV.

I bought this as a larger tv for my living, dining area. I also have the 43 inch version now in my bedroom. The picture is brilliant, it is easy to set up and use and for $300 an unbeatable value particularly if you're an LG fan - I am. Not crazy about the 'leg stands' so if you have roudy pets or kids, wall mount it or secure it with a tv strap wall support.

This is an excellent tv choice. We bought it for watching tv on our deck. The color and the sound are great. It is easy to program and easy to choose between the smart tv apps. We cover it and leave it on the deck unless the weather is bad. No problems what so ever. My 8 year old nephew operates it easily.

This TV is terrific. I picked it up for our basement to create a "teen area" for my kids. The set up was very easy. I connected it to our internet with an ethernet cable and set up hulu, youtube, netflix, and amazon prime on it. With a simple antenna, it picks up local channels very well. The speakers are decent for the small space where I have the TV and voices are clear. The picture is very clear and you can see it well from a variety of angles. I also like the internet channels that come with the TV. The LG TV Plus app for the phone could be a little better. It's very basic and drops connection after only a couple of minutes of inactivity. I already own another LG TV and find that it is very easy to operate based on my knowledge of the other TV and I like that I can mirror my phone screen on the TV without any specialized devices. Overall, this is a very nice TV.

I just bought this tv & couldnt be happier. Works GREAT! Super easy to set up. The clarity is unbelievable. Super easy to use.This is a GREAT LAS VQTV & for the price, its a winner! Id recommend this to ANYONE looking for a good deal on an exellent television! Thanks best buy.
