    Sound is way off. Voices are so low and then action and music are too loud when watching a movie. Music sounds good but not worth spending all the money just for music. Pretty bummed out I didn’t just return this when I had the chance.

    Works like any other DVD player except that my old DVD players used to last years. This is the second LG player that lasted less than a year although both only used about 50 times. No kids in the house. Buy the warranty- you'll need it.

    It's not very user friendly. Can't find subtitles button and this is something I use all the time. Has a caption button but not the same. I recommend the Sony 4K model

    I've had this device for exactly 2 years and have used it around 10 times. Today it died while playing a movie. Now I cannot get the movie out as the whole operating system crashed and wont even send a signal to the tv.

    Didnt really even have it a month and it did the same thing as the last LG 4k player i bought,watch movies the night before then the next day wont play at all. Screen went all blue made a noice like it was trying to read it then went all black. I unplugged everything waited a little bit plugged back in and the same thing. Brought it back to the store swapped it out for a sony 4k player hopefully no problems.

    Terrible experience with this unit and customer service options Came with no remote followed all procedures to contact customer service, and no one was able to help was told to go to the store. No help at the store was told to contact customer service online. Still no help completely terrible service.

    All of my 4K movies would freeze, and fir the life of me I could not get machine started again. I would have to turn it off to reset and remove disc. Stick with Panasonic!!

    I should have bought a more expensive 4K Blu-ray Player. This thing is very unstable. Flickers alot during playback. It works a little better after an update

    Look for another player

    Everytime we turn it on it will play a disk for 7 seconds and then exit to player menu where we have to play the disk again. LG support was no help.

    Audio Drop Out

    I can not recommend this model. The audio drops out for a good second every ten to fifteen minutes. In looking at other reviews it is a known problem.

    No sound and Cuts out

    Video cuts in and out and a small selection of movies looses sound. I was told by LG to perform a hard reboot in both chat scripts. Doesn't work. Their resolution now is a repair. That to me sounds like an LG issue not a customer issue since this looks to be wide spread. LG, I think you need to take care of this problem..

    Didn't play a new blue ray with out stopping. A Ultra HD DVD took several times to get it to play..
