    Playback issues and it wasnt even a year. It def has some functional issues too. I bought a more expensive sony model. It's meh.

    This machine is not of very good quality in my opinion and is not user friendly the Sony that was 10 years old it replaced was much better.

    If you need a Blu-ray to connect your TV to Amazon Video, Hulu, Netflix, etc. This unit will NOT do it.

    This player I got because I needed a new 4K player. My old player I was able to adjust the screen to watch movies in Wide-screen. This player plays everything in Full and you can't change it!!!!! Films are filmed in wide screen so what the heck!!!!

    This player appears to be absolute junk. It was defective right out of the box. At first it wouldn’t even read my 4K disc, then when I finally got the disc to read, it was skipping and causing major pixelation. Returned it and got the Panasonic UB420.

    Got this as an excellent open box purchase. While playing a movie about an hour in the player would freeze up or slow down. So restarted it and it played fine. I played another movie this time it happened again but literally in the beginning of the movie. So I returned it as it was defective and went on the search for a different player instead.

    If your looking for a DVD player that only plays movies it will work. It is not a smart player. For this price it should be.

    This Blu-Ray players kicks out and goes to the menu while watching numerous times, I can't return it now because of the time I've had it, to return it to Best Buy, I contacted LG, and the hoops you have to jump through makes it, not worth it. but that's why they have it setup like that, so you won't return it!

    Purchased online as new. Received previously open box/return. DVD has known magnetic defect. Hums louder than a tractor. Geek squad did not actually investigate this problem… They just re-sealed someone else’s return and sent it to me new. Suck a cow pie.BEST BUY LIES

    Do not pay any attention to any good review on this product. It is the biggest piece of crap on planet Earth. I wouldn't return it for a replacement it is so bad. It should be illegal to sell something so worthless. Bought on black Friday at a good price, would have better luck trying to watch my 4k movies using a VHS player.

    Broke five days after return policy at Best Buy expired. It made a loud rattle about ten seconds after it was to start playing a DVD. As to buying this again, I'd rather buy the head off a rat.

    very poor picture quality on all DVDs. regular DVDs look like my parents old television from the 60', ghosts and all. Blu-rays looked like regular DVDs. And where was the 4k? Now where to be found. Returned the machine - best buy was great about that and I got a different brand which is working and looks GREAT.

    I was looking for a wi-fi blu ray device. The blu-ray that I purchase would not work for what I needed. I would like to return the blu-ray for one that is compatible with my needs. This unit had to be ordered due to not having any in stock at the time of my purchase

    Junk, can't play 4 layer BDXL discs...ie the brand new Dune (2021) 4k Ultra HD. The reason I bought the player was to watch this film. You can only watch half the movie then its full stop no matter what you do.
