After reading the instruction manual on this washer, I have found it to be very simple to use. It does a fantastic job washing clothes.

We were needing to replace a 15+ year washer and chose this model as part of a new washer/dryer set. I have been SO pleased with this machine. It was an adjustment with all the setting options, but really nice and so customizable. The delay feature is my new best friend. What a lifesaver. And the tub is huge and easily handles bedspreads. I am so pleased with our purchase and glad we chose this set. Laundry no longer seems like a chore.

Great Top Loader with plenty of room for big Wash Loads. Real quiet in cycle with plenty of different temperatures to choose from.

Went from a Whirlpool Duet front loader to this LG model. Huge difference in sound level and vibration. You don't hear this washer until the bells at the end of the cycle.

Love my new washed. So I happy I dumped front loader. Very efficient and quiet gets clothing clean.

This is a very large washer with lots if features. Zero problems so far. The only minor inconvenience is my wife has a hard time reaching the bottom because the tub is so large. Would definitely purchase again.

A Great large washer for middle of the road budget.

We go this as an out of box unit for almost 60% off. We can now clean our king size comforter at home. Extremely quiet and efficient so far.

had doubts about top load high efficiency washers when I was reading reviews online. But this washer really does a great job washing everything from t-shirts to comforter.

Still getting used to the new washing machine technology, and how it uses less water. Currently is seems well worth the money and I do believe our water and power consumption is lower. This unit should pay for itself in the long run hopefully!

Recently upgraded to this LG. Everything has been great so far. Quiet, large capacity, steam, what more could you want.

Love the steam cycle on this unit, however it does take about two hours to go through it. it has normal wash mode but It would of been great if the steam cycle was a bit shorter in wait time.

This washer has a huge capacity, it is easy to operate and seems to do a really great job overall. I especially like the fact that the lid doesn't slam when you let it go. It gently shuts.

Purchased the LG washer and dryer set and have been thrilled. The washer tub is huge! Just make sure you can reach the bottom of it to remove your laundry. Everything comes out clean and has many options some of which I have to figure out yet. Would suggest this set to anyone....not cheap but worth every cent!!!!

I am very impressed with this washer as it washes my clothes for me as it says it will. Unlike the former washer we had before it, which was a front loader, and the door leaked even after repeated service calls. I guess we should count our blessings for the free waterfall feature in our laundry room. Best Buy made all the problems go away by allowing us to exchange the old one for this one, which works great, and does not come with the added water feature.

I found this washer as the best choice to replace my 4 year old Samsung front end washer. I like the water smart features like smart sensor that uses the water depending on the load. Also I see my clothes are more cleaner than with my Samsung front load machine I had. Looks sturdy and great.

The washer is great for our big family, There is plenty of room for large loads and makes it more efficient.

The washer is beautiful. Delivery and installation was great. Although it has many cycles, it's very easy to use. Gets the clothes nice and clean.
