She loves how clean it gets her laundry and how quick her laundry dries. It was a great purchase. Best Buy delivered and installed and showed her how to use. Glad she has it.

I bought a large tub and really wish I had bought the stand now as the tub size is in its depth and while I'm short reaching inside getting the things from the back is a little difficult. Did not realize that when I purchased it. Other than that I love this washer it spins the clothes so dry that it takes very little heat to dry them and my gas dryer. Which I believe saves me money. Would purchase it again only with the stand!

LG 5.0 Washer Noise

We were primarily concerned with noise for our upgrade since its across the hall from my office for work and our bedroom. Its near silent, and we go through nowhere near the amount of laundry loads that we used to do. Id recommend these, especially with the warranty uou can get with them.

I have a feeling this one is gonna last a lot longer. Controls are so easy that someone that doesn’t normally like to do laundry starting to help out now. !

If I didn't use a little bleach, it smelled funny. The filter clogs and you don't get notice that it's getting there it just atops. The app it wants you to use isn't especially intuitive or informative. Last straw was, out of nowhere, a couple months from a year, it decided that the door wasn't closing, though i'm fair certain it was closing just fine, that the computer decided otherwise. I went throw gh extensive trouble shooting online hefore trying to get the free warentee fix. Spent almost an hour on the phone to be told that no one nearby could fix it, that they could get me an appointment time, not and appointment, within 48 hours, no hint when the actual appointment would be. They wanted to keep me on the phone longer, but i had work so that got cancelled. 48 hours of laundry cost me $15 in laundromat costs to just wash. Since i could get a bigger, reliable toploader that doesn't regularly and randomly break down for a hundred bucks less, i saved myself the headache.

It does have a mold smell the next day after just 1 use. I'm sure im suppose to leave the door open to dry once im fonoshed using it, but ibhave a baby so i cant.

Too big for small loads
