Works well. Does have a sticky dispenser drawer. Thought I would break it off until I figured out it’s problem. Had to figure out how the front panel worked. Even after reading the manual it still wasn’t clear but trial and error won out.

My washer died and I needed one in a HURRY! I knew that I could depend on BB having a quick resolution to my problem ...and they did! Baddaboom! Baddabing! I am back in clean clothes without skipping a beat!

I bought this washer to replace our broken steam, fancy front load whirlpool washer which lasted for 7 years. I decided on this model because I did not use the steam feature on our old washer and just wanted a simple and efficient front loader. The only two minor specs that I wish this unit had from my previous washer is this does not have the extra capacity detergent storage so I need to get used to filling the detergent for every load and it seems to take longer to wash clothes compared to my previous washer (85 minutes). But compared to todays washer our there it is the best value.

The investment was well worth it. I washed 10 towels and they were squeaky clean :) It’s quiet too. I forget I am doing laundry at times. Don’t hesitate, buy it!

I love my new washer! It's not only aesthetically pleasing, but it gets the job done. Thoroughly washes and the clothes is clean and smells great after every load.

It's working as described. The cycles seem shorter than my old machine but the clothes are clean.

Love my new Washer! I had to replace an old LG that was very similar to the new one. The last one lasted a really long time so that is why I went back to another LG washer. I have had it for a few weeks now and everything is all good.

Thus was a gift for my daughter n this gift simple as it is made life happier. Runs great and PLEASED

We have used it several times and are very happy with it. The machine can also wash our large quilts which before got this, we could not do.
