I have had to pay our real estate agent to open the house. The last scheduled visit by your technician took most of her day and the visit was canceled by Best Buy close to 8pm in the evening. I am out $400 for the many times she has had to travel and wait. Are you going to reimburse me for some of this. I kept asking Best Buy to call her before going to the house. But no your system doesn't allow for simple arrangements, Today I was awakened at 4:15 am in California to say you were on the way to do the install. My agent lives an hour from the house. I still dont know what happened. I think she must have disowned me afyer all of your messing around

I had to replace an old LG that was very similar to the new one. The last one lasted a really long time so that is why I went back to another LG washer. I have had it for a few weeks now and everything is all good.
