This washer is very sensitive to suds and I had to reduce the amount of detergent compared to the Samsung.

Most of the time it works perfectly. There has been a few times where i had to cycle power by unplugging off/on. Maybe its just the unit i have but when you start the wash, nothing would happen. If that wasnt happening, i would give this 5 stars

We like the additional cleaning features like a special outflow screen. It does play a "tune" when complete and that might be an annoyance to some but we can not fault the performance. Now if these newer products hold up for years to come we will be very happy.
