    I can not complain about this, the installation was easy and faster than I thought, they didn’t come with damage or with dents. The only thing I can “complain” is about the sound that makes after the washer or dryer finishes the round… its too loud but nothing to worry about they work fine, they do what they are supposed to do.

    It does a great job! The quick wash is 15 minutes, and the extra rinse is 18 minutes. I put large loads in it and it does fine. We use this for a wash dry and fold service we have two of these sets and we use them multiple times a day and they work wonderfully!

    Drum bangs on the side and the side is dented. Doesn't matter if I do a big/heavy load or a small/light load. Getting a new one delivered in 2 days and if the new one does the same thing, I'm going back to Samsung. Washer and dryer feel super cheaply made compared to my old Samsungs. It is very big though and seems to wash my clothes very well.

    No manual, no instructions, you have to play everything by ear and learn as you go in order to operate but it gets the job done

    its nice since i only have a 110/120v line but when i put 3 comforters that 2 are regular and 1 light weight, the machine looked like it couldnt handle the weight when it was wet. i noticed the last 5 minutes were still ongoing 10 minutes later
