    Don’t like how very little water comes, not even wet the very small loads. Have to set the pre rinse for more water in order to get clothes wet. It’s doesn’t spin at one point that I have to stop then select just the spin to get it done. To complicate. I wanted to exchange to different brands but was told will the bundle promotion and not on sale.

    Vibrates and bangs around with moderate loads (yes my machine is level). Also has a strange smell as others have mentioned.

We understand how concerning it is to experience excessive vibration and noise with your LG Washer (WM3470CW) model, especially when it’s already leveled. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products and ensure a smooth experience.

      For vibration and banging noises, please check the following: (Load Distribution) try redistributing clothes evenly in the drum, as unbalanced loads can cause excessive movement.
      (Pedestal Installation) if using a pedestal, ensure it's securely attached. (Shipping Bolts) if this is a recent installation, make sure all four shipping bolts have been removed from the back of the washer.
      (Flooring Stability) a weak or uneven floor surface can amplify vibration. Placing an anti-vibration mat underneath may help. Regarding the strange smell, this can often be caused by detergent residue, moisture buildup, or trapped lint.
