The washer itself was nice but I had to return it.

Washer works great, spins clothes almost dry. Have already noticed a savings on electric bill versus the old washer that had to be constantly ran on spin cycle over and over.

The washer runs great, no noise, no shaking when spinning . All the features are easy to understand.

Have only had for a month. So far it works well, very quiet.

We purchased both the washer and dryer at the same time… my only beef is that I expected both be ready WiFi and that is no the case. The sale person did not know his product as well as I feel he should have. Also, I felt HIGH pressured to get the Best Buy member thing which is a bust…USELESS. The washer capacity and function are more then exceptable…we like the pair.

Is a basic front load washer with the features used regularly. Is very quiet and efficient.

We had issues with a very new top load machine, so purchased this as a replacement. This model is so much quieter and get clothes cleaner than the one we replaced. Very happy with our first LG appliance!

I have been purchasing LG products lately and have been pretty happy with their products. This washer is spacious and nice - with the front loading option. It uses smart technology that weighs the clothes and amount of soap used to time the cycle. My only complaint is that when I have a larger load, the cycle time estimates over one hour. Also my previous washer had a more settings, like "workout wear" cycle, but the options on this washer are standard - Normal, Heavy Duty, Bedding, Towels, Delicates, Prem. Press, Speed Wash and Tub Clean. Overall it's a great washer for the price paid.

Good communication about the delivery, quick and easy. Product is working well we were happy with our experience of Best Buy.

Easy self install and functions perfectly as described.

The product, LG washing machine, is functioning perfectly. HOWEVER, I was gobsmacked when the first BB delivery /installation team informed me that the valves would have to be replaced. They did NOT even move the old machine out onto level ground. Result, a weeks delay and $600 in plumbing, machine pull out, and new valve replacement. The second BB team was excellent, but perplexed as to why the first team could not install the new washer. I need financial consideration for this. Period.

Quiet and washes my clothes so well. I also like that it shows how much time is left till the cycle finishes. I'm very happy with the purchase.
