Did not really have any lessons on how to use, so it was pretty easy to figure it all out. I like the musical note at the end of the cycle to tell the end of the wash.

Beginning in the summer, it started having OE error interrupting the wash cycle. It was occasional, but by the end of the summer the machine wouldn’t work at all without being manually drained, and allowing to “rest” for a week or more. LG simply said machine is out of warranty. Never buying another LG appliance ever again. What an expensive mistake and shame on LG for being okay with a 1.5 year life span on a $1K+ washer.

BestBuy failed my family
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BestBuy wasted 2 weeks of my time and the opportunity to take advantage of the Black Friday deals when I purchased this Washer/Dryer combo and 2 weeks later, the day before it was to be delivered I was told the delivery would be in another 2 months later. I cancelled the order as I can not go 2 more months without a washer & dryer but now Black Friday has passed and I have to go pay full price somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

LEAKY WASHER!!!
