Bad design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG true balance washer has the most stupid design. The way it tries to rebalance the load, in spin stage, is by adding more water. The spin will get into this infinite loop of spinning and add more water.

Unhappy purchase via internet vs. Live person

Sucks to set-up on website and even via person
