When our nearly 7 year old Samsung Front Load Washer needed almost $400 in repairs we decided to apply that amount towards this LG 5.0 Cu. Ft. Front Load Washer. LG's newest model with latest 6 motion technology. As seniors we don't need steam to wash our clothes and we certainly won't use WIFI, so this model was perfect. The 5.0 Cu Ft. LG is slightly smaller (about an inch in depth) than our 4.5 Cu Ft. Samsung. Best Buy sales staff was extremely helpful. As a Geek Squad Total member I was entitled to free delivery, haul away and installation. The team they sent was probably the best appliance installation crew I ever had. I highly recommend this washer if you just want a basic machine. If you must have steam and WIFI choose another model.

Love the capacity and ease of this machine. Is also quiet. Replaced 14 + yr model that was supposed have only lasted 10, so that right there says a lot as well. As with any front loader, you have to wipe down the door and rubber gasket after each wash as well as pop the soap tray out and let it air dry as to not get mold build up, but if you’re not lazy and don’t mind doing that, this gets your clothes cleaner than all the new top loader machines with the water saver restrictions now a days. The only better product is a Speed Queen, but if you can’t afford that, this is the way to go.

I’ve had the washer a few months now and overall very pleased with my purchase. The unit is fairly quiet and fits a lot in it. Would recommend.

Love the LG High efficiency Front Load Washer with 6motion technology. Outstanding cleaning beyond what I anticipated. This has improved the function of my 20 year old dryer. Appreciate the help from online chat finding this.

This machine has wonderful capacity to hold a lot of clothes. It works efficiently and I love the music it plays when its finished.

This is the second of these LG washers that I have purchased because I love the one I have the other place I lived ! Easy to use and does a great job . Stays clean and doesn’t get smelly.

Looks sleak, works great compared to our old washer. Didn't want to go with a Whirlpool or Samsung even tho I like some other of their products. So took awhile to find the right LG. This does a goodjob at getting clothes clean with minimal water and its relatively quiet. The jingle when its done is a nice added feature :). As far as the longevity of it or the warranty if thats not the case..we will see!

Wonderful washer. It’s very efficient and I like the bigger drum that can wash my blankets & beddings.

I had an LG machine before this, and because of my awful hard water, the aluminum arm in the last one broke. The last machine was great, and this is just the newest version of it, and I must say, it is much quieter, then the old. LG makes a great product.

I love my new LG washer. This is my third one in the past 25+ years. It’s easy to use & does a fabulous cleaning job. The crew at Best Buy did an amazing job finding what I was looking for without spending more than I could afford! Thank you, Best Buy!

First fromt load washer. Very quite. Large capacity. Very through wash. Wash cycle are a bit long. Not sure if that is common with front loads but 80 mins on some setting seem overkill.

Excellent! This machine is just the right size for mid to large comforters. It is SUPER QUIET! There is an app that help if something goes wrong but I have not had to use it yet. The door closes tightly and the controls are Easy. I just spin to the cycle and hit the play button. 10 Year warranty on the motor!

Amazingly quiet for a basic machine. Doesn’t walk, shake or rattle which is great for our 2nd floor laundry closet. Can run a load at night. With the doors shut, I really don’t hear it. Good job cleaning clothes. Love the built in “door stop” so we can close off the closet when not in use. We do air it out for a couple hours with door fully open before closing off. 30+ days & no mold smell.

Manual has instructions for app install for remote starting and some other features. This looks to be a generic manual to cover various models. This model only supports smart diagnostics which the manual didn't cover. That aside, for what it does, it does well. The pump drains the water fast during each cycle and the clothes and towels are cleaned well. The size is excellent for the relatively small space it takes up. We have fake wood lament on tile floor (not my choice) and it doesn't vibrate after leveling the feel. We'll see how long it lasts. Hopefull a good 7 to 10yrs. Reminder, this doesn't support WiFi type features as mentioned. There is no WiFi on this model. The full specs does say as much when viewed on bestbuy's product page. But just wanted to reiterate this a second time. Its just a regular washer. The smart diagnostics works off of sound. Kinda cool, but it only relays info and can't receive any info.
