This is by far the most efficient machine we have ever had. The installation was perfect and the clothes come out cleaner than our other washer. It is a pleasure to do the wash. Kidding

I am very pleased with this washer. It gets clothes much cleaner than my old washer. The cycles also take much less time which must save energy and water. The Best Buy delivery crew was on time and very polite and helpful.

This LG front load washer probably has more features than I will use, but I love this machine. It connects to WiFi and with the LG App, notifies me when my wash is done. My previous LG front loader was purchased in 2008 and never needed a repair. I am hoping this new machine will remain as reliable as my first. My older LG dryer still works, but I will probably replace it later in the year with the matching LG dryer

I didnt get the washer i only purchased it because my washer stopped working and it started back working but i have this same exact washer and i love it its a great buy

Great machine tons of features looks great works great no complaints I would definitely recommend anybody by this machine little pricey but for quality and reliability it’s a winner

Very happy with this washer. Wow it's huge and cleans so well. It does have a tone at the end but I find it much less obnoxious than my last washer. I also like the smart app notifications!

This thing is a beast! Works well and is quiet. Having used a front load washer for 10 years prior, I keep the door cracked after a wash to allow the seal to dry out and avoid mold growth. Very nice washer. I like it!

Awesome machine Quiet and you can put entire comforters in the machine.. So pleased with LG product also bought matching dryers and it works very well too Very pleased with the LG appliances

This is the third LG washer we have owned. Other than the planned obsolescence all products now have built in to them, LG is a fantastic product! It is easy to operate, reliable and provides a wide array of cleaning options.

Love the large fill detergent and softener dispensers. Gets cloths clean. Very large capacity, Amazed at how it handles large loads.

It was pricey but we needed a new washer asap. Once we got it and used it, worked GREAT. Bigger and less loads. Would purchase again and would recommend to friends and family.

Machine does an excellent job. We had some issues in understanding the controls initially, but after we figured out how to use all the features we were very pleased.

Love this washer, It gets small or large loads clean quickly. I have a bad back so got pedestal. Also top loaders too deep for me so this washer is the best.

We are very pleased with this machine. It cleans better than our old machine and manages to get it done much faster. Time will tell if this machine is as durable as our last one, which lasted 9 years before needing repair.

Great washer. Very efficient and clothes come out fresh. One downside is the program window is too dark wish it lite up. Have to use a flashlight to adjust.

Best washing machine I've owned. I love the fact I can wash a lot of clothes at one time. I feel like our clothes come out super clean and don't take as much time in the dryer because of how fast it spins the clothes dry.

Great size and function. Best Buy installation team was on time and polite. Don’t bother with the hardware stores get a better service with BB when it comes to appliances.

Exceeded expectations. Quicker and more efficient than my GE. I always wondered why people say this, but, I actually do enjoy doing laundry more with this machine. I need the dryer now!!

Love tanks dryer and love the app so I am able to save my favorite loads and start it without having to be in front of the unit. It’s also friendly with the home
