Frustrated with a bad purchase

I haven’t been able to connect to google since the day I bought it. The system has trouble communicating with the subwoofer and I’ve just given up on it connecting without a bunch of resetting, power cycles and wishful thinking. Avoid this product.

Hasn’t worked properly since I purchased it along with my LG OLED tv which I love. It cuts out constantly and the woofer crackles most of the time. Looking online many other customers have all the same issues. I didn’t research enough on this purchase. It was to late to return it so I ate it and bought a Sonos Arc which I love. Beware of this product no matter the price.

It didn’t work and returned it the next day. The sound was great but would not stay on the setting when set. I Didn’t repurchase because the workers stated the sale ended on the day I originally purchased it and would not honor the sale price and the regular price was $1000.00.
