great sound and very easy setup, EARC is the way to go

Good system overall. Easy set up. If you have a LG tv already then i recommend a lg sound bar. It links together flawlessly.

This thing is a monster. Sounds good with my 4k blu-ray movies, games and music when I set my google home to play on all my speakers. Make sure if you mount it under a tv that unit is at least 1" in front of from the tv. Even keeping the top speakers partially covered or close to the tv will ruin it's capabilities.

Very pleased with my purchase. The price is a little high but so is the quality. Just one thing, I wish I could link two more tweeters and another subwoofer, or just one but with a little more kick to it. But overall, I'm very happy and pleased with Best Buy's quality products, this is why I keep coming back.

Great Sound bar quality sound and very clear dialogue which is what we were mainly looking for. Had a 3000.00 Bose system before and while overall sound was great dialogue was low. This could be my fault

Sounds good, but not sure it is worth the money. I got it as a bundle and it is fine, but doesn’t blow me away.

Sub was to Loud and rattled my home which I didn’t like, so I returned it and bought the Sonos Arc with no sub.

Let me start off by saying the sound is amazing. If I could give the sound a rating it would be a 5 star rating. Now onto the most difficult part of this sound bar and which is extremely frustrating. Since the very first day this sound car will not stay connected to my Wi-Fi. I have to always reset the entire setting and reload the entire set up process. Then you download the Lg Wi-Fi speaker app and it doesn’t work 95% of the time. I have sent an email to LG support team to see if they could help me. Let’s see what they can do. If they don’t help me. I will be boxing back up and returning to Best Buy!

Love this Sound Bar! I have small living room and this thing rocks the house! Easy set up and pairs nicely with my LG 65in CX remote! The virtual surround sound is pretty awesome and the bass is booming! Make sure to use the HDMI to connect to your tv for Dolby Atmos quality which is amazing!

Have had these for over a year plus now and i must say i am impressed, they link up to my LG tv with no effort and i feel like i am at the movies.

The sub-woofer went out and it was never the same and is basically useless. LG was horrible to work with and I will never buy this again. If the Customer Service was more helpful I might have stayed with LG because I like their TVs.

I'm an audiophile who enjoys wired audio components, but I needed a high-fidelity soundbar for my living room television. The specs of this soundbar impressed me. On paper, this is the perfect sound bar. It is not. The audio cuts out randomly while watching TV. The audio cut outs occur when streaming through built-in Android TV applications and also when streaming over HDMI connected devices (including my PS5 over a HDMI 2.1 10K Audioquest cable). My brand new Sony XBR85X900H and its advanced audio features including HDMI eArc were worthless when paired with this soundbar. The initial warning signs were crackling sounds coming from the subwoofer, then complete subwoofer bass cut outs. Now the soundbar itself fails to work. I've had to switch back to the TV speakers while I pack up the soundbar to return it to the store. LG wireless soundbars seem very susceptible to signal interference. In addition to the audio cut out issues, the sound quality of this model is horrendous. This soundbar offers 520W of power. It is loud for sure but the audio lacks clarity and quality. It is difficult to hear any dialogue or intricate sounds in songs or music when the volume of the soundbar is at 50% or higher. Look past the power rating and the endless list of features and purchase a soundbar from a company that makes high quality audio equipment (Sony, Klipsch, Bose). I can't believe LG charges a premium of $1000 for such a low quality piece of equipment. I do not recommend this product.

Improved sound over the television speakers, but not quite up to my hard wired speakers in my past home.

This sound bar is amazing. The quality is crisp and there isn't any crackling or distortion. The bass can ultimately shake the house if that's what you want. The Bluetooth is wonderful as well. Streaming music through it is easy. Even the record player plays great through it.

I have been quite impressed with the build quality and sound with this soundbar. Between the soundbar and subwoofer - my living room is filled with clear and crisp sounds whether I am watching movies, sports or basic tv programming. It paired nicely with my OLED CX 4K TV.

Most of the content I stream from Vudu, Netflix or Amazon Prime come with 5.1 Dolby Digital Plus sound. This soundbar is a perfect match for such content. Besides when I enable "surround" functionality on the soundbar, the 2 up-firing speakers activate as well, adding extra dimension to already rich 5.1 Dolby Digital Plus sound from these streaming services. Finally unlike 2019 soundbar models from LG, this one got an eARC. When paired with a compatible TV also having an eARC HDMI port, higher-quality audio from a TV to a soundbar is sent. So all those high bitrate formats currently available on Blu-ray discs and 4K Blu-rays - Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio could potentially pass through in an internet stream and be reproduced on this soundbar. So my investment is futureproof.

Great sound and bass, but direct voice sound could be a bit better. Atmos is very good.

This is an amazing product. Sound quality is amazing. The only drawback is the Google integration, which is always in listening mode which is intrusive and interrupts if you have Google notifications turned off. I think a version without the Google integration would be better.

Great sound bar but not sure worth the price. Also make sure it is mounted at ear level
