Good product but I had issues.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this sound system along with a new Samsung Q7FN TV and also bought the Satellite speakers to go along with this package deal but ran into a issue that made me take the soundbar and satellite speakers back for a full refund. I use LG for my computer needs so never had a issue with their products before until I used the soundbar. So the problem: I started to experience choppy audio only coming from the soundbar and they are the recommended HDMI cables to use the soundbar to its fullest extent but either way I changed the cables and also tried optical cable only as well but the issue was still there. Audio coming from the TV is great and doesn't have any choppy side effects but when ever I used that soundbar it did nothing but make weird choppy sounds all the time. I'm not saying everyone is going to experience the same thing I did but at the end I cannot recommend this product in my opinion. Sorry LG

Posted .Choppy audio is usually caused by weak WiFi signal which can be caused by several factors. These include distance from the wireless router to the device, interference from other WiFi networks nearby, interference from non-WiFi home devices (microwave, cordless phone etc) between the router and the device and more. To troubleshoot: Move both the speaker and the player device closer to the wireless router. Reset the router, speaker and the player device. Make sure there is a clear path between the router and the speaker/player device. Once the sound is clear, keep playing music and slowly move the speaker toward its final destination. When the sound starts to degrade, the maximum distance has been reached. Great Option for surround sound

It sounds good but not as good at my old Home Theater. I can barely feel the subwoofer. Not worth the money because my old Panasonic Home Theater costed around $350 and still sounds better, Again is not bad, I think is good but not great.

After reading the numerous other reviews AFTER purchasing...Duh...ended up returning the unit for a refund. Unfortunately the main bar had good sound but the couldn't really gauge the sub since the issue.

The subwoofer is so WEAK. But the sound from the soundbar was clean and crisp. But man I wanna be in the movie not be away from it.
