Great sound, easy setup & ARC support on TV=great!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Better than I was hoping for and that's without using the 2 rear speakers (yet)! Bought on sale, having waited years for a 5.1 sound bar. But a 5.1.2. sound bar? Didn't expect that! My 2010 LG TV has ARC, but isn't 100% compatible with all the features this sound bar offers. Still 100% satisfied!

Good pick, decent sound
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loving it, put 2 small speakers on each side of the coach and it provides a pretty good immersive sound (music/movies). Very happy of my purchase. I have 2 other Sony (700/350) and this one was cheaper and imo better than the 2 other I have. If you have compatibility concerns with TV, well it works fine with a Sony TV (hdmi arc), projector (Bluetooth)…

Sounds great for surround, good value
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This sounds great in my tall-ceiling living room, better than a more expensive single bar Samsung I am replacing. The surround sound works well, and it wasn't too hard to configure via the app. I am getting some lag between the audio and video (hear words after you see them spoken), but it might be my Amazon Firestick or my 4 year old TV eARC delays - I have managed to mostly fix that in the Firestick settings.

Amazing Bass, Domestic Consequences
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I installed this LG soundbar in my basement and it delivers impressive performance for the price. The sound quality is excellent and gets plenty loud, creating that movie theater experience I was looking for. The built-in woofer provides solid bass that really makes action scenes come alive. However, there's one significant downside: it might be too good at its job. My wife constantly yells down for me to turn it down because the house literally shakes when I have it at a comfortable volume. The bass response is so strong that it travels through the entire house, which can be disruptive to others.

90 Days In!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this November 2022, and set it right up. So here I am 90 days later. I paired it up with LG C1 55 " a great match, easy set up and user friendly remote. I like that it has an app that works seemlessly on my tablet. The various sound settings to enhance personal preference, makes 4k movies with Dolby Atmos a great theater effect. No its not Bose or Sonos high end, and doesn't carry the price tag either. This a good quality, great price for an initial start in surround sound experience, I'm confident and pleased with this purchase.

Quality Soundbar
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this a month or so ago but had some work to do in the room before I could hook it up. I hooked it up 2 days ago and it seems to do a wonderful job. I use it for TV and streaming my phone via Bluetooth for music from Spotify. The sound quality seems very good to me. I have it in a good size room (16x20) and it gets plenty loud for me. For the price I do not think it can be beat! I will say the directions leave a little room for improvement but you can figure it out.

Great sound for the price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I put this set in my office, and even in that smaller room, I love the sound field it creates. I tested 4K discs and a 4K stream, and the Dolby Atmos sounds really good. Also works well for SACDs (using a Sony 4K disc player) and other multi-channel audio. Even my old-school laserdisc player sounds really good on this (test disc was Predator 2)! I highly recommend this soundbar set!

Excellent bang for your buck
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent sound system for the money. I have never had surround sound or a sound bar in general and it really helped elevate my TV experience. Especially for things like concert live streams. It was easy to set up and the wireless connection for the rear speakers was a huge plus.

Average but acceptable. Decent for the price and .
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While looking good on paper with the specifications and advanced technology, the sound bar is only mediocre in reality. It is difficult to find the best confirmations for clear sound mixing to have good proper loudness and also impossible to get low-end frequency deep bass from it's subwoofer. But for the price and it's LG brand name, it's decent. The trade off is that other brands in the same price range will likely sound better though doesn't look as impressive on the specs.

Awesome surround sound bar system
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to replace a receiver and surround sound system and this was the best decision. The sound is amazing and the clarity is awesome. I like that the rear speakers are wired into the wireless receiver which can be installed in any area that works for you. The subwoofer for being wireless works awesome as well. It hits hard and sounds great. I would definitely recommend this product.

Crisp clear surround sound.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live in a townhouse and have one neighbor. It gets louder than I need it. The surround sound is great for movies. I was watching Star Trek the next generation and it worked great on that. It depends on the source signal. Even listening to music bluetooth from my phone is a new level of enjoyment. For $300 I’m glad I didn’t pay for a expensive system I don’t see it being much better.

LG 5.1.2 Channel Soundbar with SW and Dolby Atmos
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to match my LG 4K TV. It was very easy to mount directly below the TV mounted on the wall. The sound is crisp and awesome and definitely gives a vivid "life-like" audio to all TV programs and streaming programs as well. The price point is excellent and you get a lot of bang for the buck! You will not be disappointed!

Great sound system!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First true surround sound system I've bought. Very easy to set up and connect. Have a LG OLED Evo tv (also awesome). Not sure about some of the issues in other reviews. Speaker wire does show polarity. Rear speakers put out plenty sound. The LG soundbar app makes it very easy to adjust the volume in each speaker and to fine tune the system. This system has a receiver for the rear speakers, so you don't have to worry about wires running to the subwoofer. Very pleased and would recommend to everyone.

Easy to set up and great sound
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Incredibly easy to set up and sounds great out of the box. Paired with an LG TV and used the ARC connection instead of Bluetooth but it's cool that it can be completely wireless from the TV. I do wish the power cord was another 5 ft long or so it could fit into the in-wall cable management. Instead, we're having an electrician add another recessed outlet behind the TV.

It Could Be A Great Sound Bar
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Purchased the Lg 75Q 5.1.2 sound bar on Sunday May 28th to hook up to my LG OLED TV, it was just what I was looking for, it had Dolby Atmos and I saw it on sale at Best Buy. Hooked it up no thanks to the directions that came with it. Everything was working just perfect, set it to Cinema because that setting had the best sound through all the speakers. Come Monday I got the crazy idea to download the app on my phone to see what I could control from my phone. After downloading the LG app on my phone the first thing it said you had to do was update the sound bar, so I did and I saw some of the new features that you could set from your phone, like Turn off the display or have it stay on all the time or have it dim after 20 seconds. Went back to watching my tv with the sound bar everything was sounding good, I was really happy with the sound bar. Well all of a sudden I started get a loud squealing through my sound bar and all of my speakers, I thought what the heck is going on here, to get rid of the squealing you had to shut off the sound bar and then turn it on again then it would be ok for awhile but when you were thinking that everything was ok the squealing would begin again. to make a long story short what I found out was that the squealing would only happen when set to Cinema, now remember everything was working great Sunday, but started squealing on Monday AFTER UPDATING THE SOUNDBAR. When I went to my TV Apps like Hulu, you tube, Crackle, etc, the display would switch from HDMI to ARC and I would not get any squealing when watching the apps on the tv the setting would still be on Cinema and the sound was great, but as soon as I went back to my Cable TV HDMI the squealing began all over again. I contacted LG customer service on Tuesday, and the rep was really nice we did a hard reset on the sound bar and went to my cable tv settings and made some changes to the settings, and the rep said this should take care of the problem. He further said the the update should not of caused the problem, ( I don't believe that). He said if that did not fix the problem then I could send the unit to LG for repair, or take it back to Best Buy If my return to them would be within the 15 days that they allow. Well after about 30 minutes the squealing started again. Nothing I did could stop the squealing from coming back when the Sound bar was set to Cinema watching cable tv. If I set the sound bar to AI or Standard or any other setting there would be no squealing, only when it was set to Cinema. That was it for the sound bar, first the sound was terrible when set to any other setting except Cinema so I was not going to keep the sound bar knowing that when set to Cinema the sound bar was going to start squealing, and I was not going to keep the sound bar just because it did work great when watching the TV Apps after all I watch a lot of tv and I want it to work good no matter what content I am watching. So Wednesday Morning I took the sound bar back to Best Buy. Even though I really wanted to exchange the sound bar I just did not have the confidence that I would not have the same problem with the replacement. However if I would of exchanged it I definitely would not of done an update. Fortunately for me Best Buy did not have a replacement So I just got a refund. I am Truly disappointed that this sound bar went crazy after updating it.
