Does what it says and says what it does great washer

the piece delivered to me was missing one of the parts which caused water spill on my floor. The delivery guy was very helpful in getting that piece and putting It back. But somehow the problem still remained and when we ran the next cycle, again the water spilled all over in the laundry room. Waiting for best buy to come and fix it.

Hands down the best washer and dryer I've ever used. This got some of my work clothes cleaner than they've ever been, even after they had been washed and dried in other washers multiple times

We got this washer because it was said to be the best product out on the market right and that LG was the best to go with However that was not the case. The washer makes this really loud thumpping noise when it's on and when using it the other night starting to burn out. Really unsatisfied and bestbuy won't swith it out because it's outside the return policy. We expected better so be ware when trying to by this LG product.

My wife researched this machine over the course of a weekend. It has proven itself to be superior to other brands we have owned. Although I must now have someone come out and find out why it has created a water hammer situation.

There are sooo many options to wash your clothes that its both a great feature and a hindrance. There isnt anything we cant wash but it took some training to teach the kids..not just the load and wash routine.
