    Don’tever think a washing machine is just a washing machine. This thing is great! Looks great. Quiet. Does a great job. And it’s from a well known and trusted company. Got the matching gas dryer going to be installed next week. Can’t wait! Also have a complete LG kitchen and TV!!! All are ThinQ technology.

    Very nice washer and dryer. Very large capacity on both. Great features, love that the washer will tell the dryer what settings to use. Love that I can just throw close in the washer and it will figure out how to wash them. I haven’t gotten the pedestals yet, just haven’t bought them. And Best Buy price match made for a great deal

    Quirky washing machine. Takes some time getting used to it. Not sure if I like the automation of it all. It did malfunction with some sheets when it didn't spin all the water out of them fully, but it did great with a king-sized comforter. So.... The verdict is still out. I'll increase stars to 4 or 5 if it warrants it over time.

    I ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR NEW LG APPLIANCES! With a teenager in the house and a busy work and school schedule, having a larger capacity washer and dryer was vital for our household! While our previous Samsung washer and dryer at our old house were good, these LG's are beyond amazing! Strong, strong recommend!

    Multi-featured steam sanitizing high capacity washer . . . we've had two and this one is absolutely great. Stacking (with an optional stacking kit) is a bit of a challenge, but worth the effort. Even has wifi connection to monitor work and remote start. Would buy again.

    Will replace all my kitchen appliances with LG. ThinQ app makes it easy to monitor when to clean the drum. It also allows user to remotely enable the unit over wifi. Control panel Buttons are too sensitive though. A slight touch will accidentally turn off or pause the machine.

    Washer works really well. I like that it weigh the clothes before it starts running. so it doesn't over wash them and waste water. very roomy to wash a king comforter. so happy we brought it

    My wife and I purchased the LG - 5.2 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency washer and this thing is legit! We have been using a top load coin washer and dryer for 5 years and they do not get our clothes nearly as clean. Real talk, I rewashed all our clean clothes after I seen my clothes can get like new clean. Even removes most of the cat hair inton my clothes!
