I had lots of problems with previous washers where the machine almost walked out the door and the rinsing was horrible. This machine is fabulous! It balances automatically to avoid me chasing the machine when it spins and the center mechanism does a great job in ensuring it is properly washing the clothes. The machine is deep so if you're short like me, you will have to get on your toes to get the stuff out but otherwise, I LOVE IT!

Bought this washing machine and after watching it, the AI cycle sucks, doesn’t use enough water, was gonna return it and get the one with the agitator, because it doesn’t seem to move the clothes on enough. But after using a deep wash, move the holes around better and adds a lot of water almost too much water. now I use the heavy duty cycle, which uses more water, but not as much as a deep fill.. I ordered the one with the agitator, hasn’t been delivered yet. I think I might just keep this one. Because if you watch all cycles it does actually thrash the clothes around pretty good. And is not as aggressive on clothes as an agitator would be. I got it on sale for $719.

So far so good, I went back to agitator style and definitely think I prefer this over impeller. Machine is very quiet and efficient. Lg for the win

Bought both the washer and dryer over a year ago now and I’ve been very happy with this set. Works wonderfully and I love the black color. I love the app too. There are different cycles in the download section that I’ve used many times already.

Great washer! We have been having this for a few months and its great. We did purchase the middle part for "better washing" which compared to our older one you could tell the difference. One downfall that I noticed it is that we often use tide pods and it seems to not thoroughly wash it as the pod plastic tends to stay stuck to some clothes so I have to rinse for a second time. The app is very helpful as I forget I am washing lol

Definitely love the washer. Clothes come out clean. Washes the towels perfectly as well. Would buy again and will recommend it to family and friends. Love the quick wash feature, will wash the clothes in 30 mins and you can even add the deep fill option to this as well

Bought the matching washer and dryer LG set. Not only do both run flawlessly, they are the best looking machines you’ll find. Who knew cleaning clothes would be so scientific! This washer offers an AI mode which learns your laundry and runs the most beneficial cycle for the clothing in the washer. LG knocked it out of the park with their new appliances and I will continue to buy their products. Life’s good when you have these machines in your laundry room.

I have an agitator again and the water fills up the tub when say so. And the soft close lid is cool!

Top loader was very good and great very quiet and love how it works

Nice and quite, very large washes my king quilt with ease.

I went back to a top loader with an agitator and so far so good. I think It gets clothes cleaner than my previous front loader

Super washer not to complicated quite and efficient so far.

This washing machine is very big and can get a lot done at once. I just got it and am still learning to use it. The one down side to it is that it does not have a delicate cycle.

It has a large capacity and does a great job cleaning

So far it works great. We have the agitator one. Only thing I don't like is that there is no delicate cycle. Not a fan of hooking up wifi to try and download another cycle.
