this stove is awesome except it is hard to keep clean with the iron frates and black top.

Just buy this oven. It is awesome and works wonderfully. Great oven and not a bad price tag

First off I'd like to say I love my LG stove! But I have never had even a fair customer service experience with Best Buy! When calling the customer service the wait is long then when you get a live person they can't help you so they transfer you which means waiting a long again! Eventually the call would either get disconnected or I would just get hung up on! This went on for over an hour! I never got my issue resolved and the reps I did speak to were rude, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to me! Customer service at Best Buy is the worst EVER!!! I don't think I will be buying from Best Buy again!! Very disappointed overall!!

This is a great range. It is beautiful, really beautiful to look at. I have received lots of compliments about it. It works great, has large professional looking knobs (easy to turn), and is easy to clean. The middle griddle (with included griddle pan) is great. The oven is large and spacious. I have only used the convection function once but it seems to work well. I only wish it had a warming drawer, but this model does not.

This is my first LG product and first convection oven. I installed this the day before Thanksgiving to cook the turkey, I kept the old oven on stand by in the garage just in case. I was very much pleased the way the turkey came out, it was golden brown like you see in the magazines. It was as jucie as can be, every one enjoyed it. As for the cook top the large burner that we uses most of the time is great, cooks really fast. The top as in other reviews shows the grease when cooking and needs to be wiped up after each meal(which could be a good thing if you want to keep your kitchen looking clean) We haven uses the center burner so I can"t say anything at the moment. I was looking for one without the center burner because I don't have the need for it. My last range had the center burner and I may have used it twice in then years. A great LG product, built solid, the oven door feels like a tank and the hook up is quite simple. The grates is continuous so pots slide across easily.Electronics control is easy to use.

No brand is 100% perfect, but over the last 2 years we've ended up replacing everything with LG. (Everything but the fridge...and buying a Samsung was a big mistake...it looks nicer but thats it!). We've tried many others, and everytime we're let down. For example, at first we bought a double oven Whirlpool for just a hair more money. I gave a good review at first because we liked the dual oven so much, and it didnt include the 5th burner which we dont use. But we soon had problem after problem with Whirlpool, and our original Whirlpools all failed in a major way at only 6-9 years of age too Quality of the LG vs Whirlpool was very unequal. The LG blows away the Whirlpool. Everything is stronger, bigger, feels solid, and just looks like quality in our home. More comments: The burners are very powerful and the convection oven works exactly as it should. The best part though are the controls. The knobs look and feel profession grade, and the buttons are actually TOUCH not press. So only a light touch is required, I wish they added this feature to their microwaves! Also, the controls are smart. If you begin to set the timer and don’t complete it for some reason it alarms! And the timer, when done, will continue to alarm until you turn it off. I don’t know how many times I’ve missed the timer on previous ovens because the timer had gone off and I didn’t hear it. The “alarms” may not be for everyone, but I find them very pleasant. I again wish they brought this type of “alarm” to their microwaves.

when the delivery guys came to haul away my old range, they told me i had the 2nd oldest oven they had ever seen, and one of the guys had been delivering appliance for over 7 years..... embarrasing, i thought my old oven was doing just fine, but i decided to upgrade because my husband hated my quirky 1920s tappan range whiCh im sure would have qualified as an antique. from the first day we had the range it has been more than amazing, the convection roast, and convection bake takes some getting used to (read the user guide, and keep it handy!), but we've had the range for a month now and my husbands pork roast came out PERFECT last night. all of our roasts/meats cook to perfection! i love broiling inside the oven, is so much easier. the extra space underneath is so helpful for all my drip pans and the excellent broiling pan that was included. the cooktop is great also, i see alot of comments about the griddle not getting hot enought, but if you give it enough time 4-5 minutes, it gets hot enough to fry bacon, eggs, even burgers. i was weary about losing the space in the middle for my spoon caddy and utensils, but i just place them on the griddle when its not used and they never get to hot. all the burners work great. the simmer burner is my favorite. make sure not to use the super powerboil burner on its lowest setting (will burn out)....... i find myself cooking more often, because everthing come out amazing. i never knew it could be like this, i am so glad my husband convinced me to buy this.
