A: Hi Pam, you can go to http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-LRG3095ST and download the manual from there :) AFTER a SELF-CLEANING CYCLE • You may notice some white ash in the oven. Wipe it up with a damp cloth after the oven cools. • If white spots remain, remove them with a soap-filled scouring pad and rinse thoroughly with a vinegar and water mixture. • These deposits are usually a salt residue that cannot be removed by the clean cycle. • If the oven is not clean after one clean cycle, repeat the cycle. • You cannot set the oven for cooking until the oven is cool enough for the door to unlock. • If the racks become hard to slide, apply a small amount of vegetable oil or cooking oil to a paper towel and wipe the edges of the oven racks with the paper towel. Thank you! We appreciate your feedback, please give us a “thumbs up” if this answer is helpful to you; and please let us know if we can assist you with anything else. Have a lovely weekend!
Q: how do you clean the top of the stove
A: To avoid damaging the porcelain enamel surface of the cooktop and to prevent it from becoming dull, clean up spills right away. Foods with a lot of acid such as tomatoes, sauerkraut, fruit juices, etc. or foods with high sugar content could cause a dull spot if allowed to set. Wash and rinse when the surface has cooled. For other spills such as fat spatterings, etc., wash with soap and water once the surface has cooled. Then rinse and polish with a dry cloth. NOTE: DO NOT lift the cooktop. Lifting the cooktop can lead to damage and improper operation of the range.
Q: does this unit come with a griddle?
A: Yes. Don't get too excited about this feature. The burner that it fits on does not put out much heat. Griddle works well for things that need to cook slowly. All it does i dry out pancake batter
Q: when baking does the oven vent out really hot air..enough to make your kitchen hot?
A: No, it doesn't get our kitchen hot. We LOVE it.
A: Thank you for your inquiry! Where you install the LG 30" Self-Cleaning Freestanding Gas Convection Range, Model # LRG3095ST should not be an issue provided you have an appropriate and dedicated 120V, three prong grounded socket that has the correct amperage in which to plug the range into and the Gas connections are in compliance with National and Local Codes. If the location worked for the Current oven, it should work for this Free Standing Convection Range too!...
Q: 3rd element for convection?
A: No, that would make it a True Convection, but having used this convection oven, I can tell you it bakes beautifully in both bake convection and roast convection (uses both elements top and bottom for perfect roasting).
