I have yet to have a bad experience with Best Buy or the products. All of my experiences have been both pleasant and productive. You will LOVE this appliance!

The oven cavity is so well insulated that when oven is on it doesn't heat up the kitchen. Love the 3 racks it comes with and the fact that the oven preheats very quickly. Great gas burners. Love the super flame on the large burner, it really does bring things to a rapid boil. Haven't found it any harder to keep clean than any other stove. Very highly satisfied with this purchase so far.

Great Stove

Looks great in space and functions great. Had no issues with convection feature. Baked chocolate chip cookies with kids, then my husband broiled chicken sausages. Quick and easy. Also boiled ears of corn, superboil burner is amazing.
