I have now bought two of these LG 5.5 extra large washing machines. The first one I bought was so amazing that I bought the second one for a guest house. Just an amazing machine, wonderful quality, energy efficient definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large washing machine.

Great washer... I love the sleek look of the washer. The top is black glass so you can still see the inside of the washer. It is a little noisy but it's not a big deal. It does have the compartment for your fabric softner, detergent, clorox and even powder detergent. You also have the option to bill the tub with more water with push of a button with the cycle. The clothes wash great and so far so good.

It is cooler than our last one. It takes a lot of clothes. It looks nice next to our new dryer!

Excellent washer! Our 12-year old washer was needing repair, so we replaced it with a Samsung washer, but that was a mistake! The Samsung washer was very noisy, so Best Buy allowed us to exchange for a new LG washer! What a great product. Very quiet and washes clothes efficiently!

Purchased washer about a month ago , have no regrets , it washes large loads very clean and is very quiet, with just the right amount of functions. Will definitely recommend . Delivery and hook up by bestbuy was also good.

Great washer and dryer i got both and i received 200 dollars gift card too, i pick these both products and my love those, washer and dryer has way less noise then normal machines and its really easy to put and remove clothes, thank you LG and best buy for this great product, there was nice guy in best buy who helped me to choose these models

Love this larger was tub and all the setting to do all kinds of wash. And when the wash is done you hear a buzzing to let you know it done.

Machine is very quiet, clothes come very clean , detergent and softener use is a lot less with new machine also

Wash and dry extra room for clothes wash and dry. Just don’t get the vent at the store use the flexible vent so that you can placed the washer dryer flashed on the wall.

Very pleased with LG washer the App was very easy to download and install on galaxy phone. Wifi was a little difficult could be because router was far away. Found user manual could be more informative. Washer display would not work had to go to youtube

Do not, under any circumstances, buy this LG washing machine. From day one, it has been a nightmare, and the customer service experience has only compounded the frustration. The most glaring issue is the persistent, horrible smell emanating from the machine's tub. It doesn't matter what detergents I use or how diligently I follow the cleaning instructions—the stench remains. I've owned several washing machines in my life and have never encountered such a problem, nor have I ever needed to perform so much "maintenance" on a machine just to keep it from stinking. Keep in mind, I purchased this LG washing machine in February 2025, so it's essentially a brand-new machine! In a desperate attempt to resolve the issue, I even spent over $200 on a plumber to inspect and replace the water lines, only to be told that the odor originates from the machine itself. So, I followed protocol and purchased washing machine detergents to clean the tub as per the warranty service request and the smell is still there. The warranty, both the manufacturer's and the extended Geek Squad warranty, have proven utterly worthless. Geek Squad refuses to assist because the issue falls under the manufacturer's warranty, which begs the question: what exactly is the point of paying extra for an extended warranty if it provides no additional coverage? LG's warranty service has been equally unhelpful, with representatives seemingly uninterested in resolving the problem or taking responsibility for their faulty product. It feels like nobody wants to help fix the issue or take responsibility of their product and service. Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the disgusting smell. Avoid this LG washing machine and definitely don't waste your money on an extended warranty that offers no real value. You're better off washing your clothes by hand.
