Amaizng washer. It is a large thb that holds alot but deaigned for easy unload. The machine is smart and very efficient. Our 7 year old samsung that we replaced didnt come close to this one. Highly recommend. Owned for about 1 month now.

Beautiful, efficient machine. Cleans very well. Very quiet. Only concern is the detergent trays do not drain well at the end of the cycle-often still filled with water, hard to dry them out

Our old front load washer's seal broke and I decided to go back to top load. This is so much quieter and more efficient. It senses the laundry load and gets the load down in 20-25 minutes less time and I feel like it is still clean without wasting the water or energy. It fits in the same amount of space but has a nice large drum of 5.5 cu. ft. I could probably do 2 loads at once! I only gave it 4 stars since I am still getting used to the new computerization on it and I couldn't see it lit up in the store. When I do a cold wash (which is all of them) my loads come out feeling warm. I'm not sure it it's from spinning or the water. There is more information in the online manual than the one they give you.

So far so good. It's quick, fairly quite and washes the clothes really well. Only thing I dislike is that it defaults to HOT water rather than cold or even somewhere in the middle. I'm guessing there is a setting I can dive into to update that but I haven't gotten to that yet. Hopefully it holds up for years to come.

We had an LG front load set for over 15 plus years and the washer needed new bearings and a drive motor. So we decided it was time to purchase a new LG set, so after a ton of research we found these LG capacity top load set and bonus they were on sale. My wife loves all of the options, we have a lot of LG products at our house and we can control them all from our phones which is awesome. the washer does an excellent job of cleaning our clothes. Plus my wife like they look of them as well, so there that LOL

I love how quiet this new washer is unlike our old one that always shakes the house when we use it. I love the capacity of this washer. We can wash our comforter in it.

This washer is amazing! It is so quiet! This machine also washes very well and is huge. I replaced my Maytag with this one and I’m so happy I did! This is a great washer. You won’t regret this purchase.

We totally love our new LG 5.5 cu. ft. Smart top load washer. It accomodates more than our older washing machine and is definitely quieter than our older model Whirlpool washing machine.

I love my washer. Simple to operate, spacious on the inside, and washes clean. I love everything about it.

Replaced our broken Armana washer. Night and day difference in capacity and efficiency. The app is a nice touch. Having to manually adjust the temp is a minor inconvenience knowing other models have a cold wash cycle preprogrammed. Not much customisation for downloaded cycles and you cannot make a customer cycle on the app which is a missed opportunity. As with the matching dryer, the touch control panel is grey on black and is very difficult to see for people with poor vision. We had to add him contrast stickers to the power and start buttons to make it easier to use.

This is my first top-load HE washer. I've had 3 prior HE washers but those were all front-load. I was interested in how the top-load would perform and I've grown very confident in LG appliances over the years. I've read complaints that this washer is incredibly noisy, but it wasn't a common complaint. So my experience with the noise level... The tub fill process is a bit noisier due to the water falling down into the tub. Nothing I think is a negative just different. The swishing of clothes during some cycles is also a different sound, but again I think it's just different than my prior washers. Overall, these sounds don't bother me since I'm doing clothes when I'm up and active in the house anyways. Overall cleaning is good and the cycles seem pretty fast, especially "normal" with the turbo wash. I like the musical melodies it plays at the end of the cycle. This can also be customized with various sound options so I can easily tell when the washer or dryer has completed a cycle. The biggest thing I'd love to see improved is the cycle and option selections - these are printed on the glass, but should be backlit for easier reading in a laundry closet. I would easily recommend this washer to friends and family.

This washer is awesome. The tech that helped me made it easy for me to choose. It plays a little tune before and after letting you know that it’s starting to wash and when it’s finished. Also, it doesn’t have the middle part which I didn’t know at the time that it damages your clothes. Clothes feel softer without that adaptor in the middle. It’s also a perfect size in the middle. I also learned that LG is one of the better brands at the moment for appliances. My fur babies also love climbing on things and it is pet friendly from causing scratches. Easy to press buttons and easy to follow, nothing complicated or hard to follow. Price wise I think is affordable and with the Best Buy credit you can make payments with 0 interest for a whole year. great features easy to use the LG app works great and the notifications reminders are useful. decent wash quality and low noise so far no issues to complain about.

So far works great. I haven’t downloaded other options for washing. So far I like the options. The bulky items setting did not work well. It kept having a balance error. But it was fixed. Overall love the product.

Works very well The Deep Water fill is actually a lot of water Good combo of no agitator with sufficient water level. Recommend

Love the ease of choosing the different wash options with the machine pre- programmed already with its sense technology. Awesome quietness on the spin cycles. Some dislike the melody notification at the end of the wash cycle but I take it as a plus because it has a cute ring to it and is helpful to let owner know the job is all done.

Love my LG washer. Very quiet, large drum to accommodate large loads, ie comforters and blankets
