I love how quiet this new washer is unlike our old one that always shakes the house when we use it. I love the capacity of this washer. We can wash our comforter in it.

We totally love our new LG 5.5 cu. ft. Smart top load washer. It accomodates more than our older washing machine and is definitely quieter than our older model Whirlpool washing machine.

This is my first top-load HE washer. I've had 3 prior HE washers but those were all front-load. I was interested in how the top-load would perform and I've grown very confident in LG appliances over the years. I've read complaints that this washer is incredibly noisy, but it wasn't a common complaint. So my experience with the noise level... The tub fill process is a bit noisier due to the water falling down into the tub. Nothing I think is a negative just different. The swishing of clothes during some cycles is also a different sound, but again I think it's just different than my prior washers. Overall, these sounds don't bother me since I'm doing clothes when I'm up and active in the house anyways. Overall cleaning is good and the cycles seem pretty fast, especially "normal" with the turbo wash. I like the musical melodies it plays at the end of the cycle. This can also be customized with various sound options so I can easily tell when the washer or dryer has completed a cycle. The biggest thing I'd love to see improved is the cycle and option selections - these are printed on the glass, but should be backlit for easier reading in a laundry closet. I would easily recommend this washer to friends and family.

This washer plays a tune when it finishes. Large bedding can fit in it and it washes things quickly.

Beautiful appliance. Love how it has a brain and decides how to clean the clothes. A very quiet machine in operation as well.

Great product. works amazing and is much quieter than my previous one. Ability to control this from your phone makes it nice when you have to step out of the house while you have a load washing.

Our last one was a whirlpool and lasted only 5 years. During the spin cycle it was so loud and the whole machine could moved a foot away from where it was. We finally bought a new machine. What a night and day’s difference. This new one not only it looks really good, easy to use, large capacity, it is also super quiet and stays put. So far we loved it

This washing machine beat my expectations. My previous washer (different brand) was pretty loud and didn’t do well when it came to getting the clothes clean. This washer by LG was in excellent condition. When you turn on the machine and start the wash cycle, you almost do know that it is running. It does an amazing job at getting the clothes clean, even with the boys in the house ;) I haven’t explored the WiFi option yet, but will update if it get around to it. The buttons are simple and there aren’t too many options that will make washing clothes overwhelming. I do appreciate the drawer where you put the detergent and fabric softener. It’s not flimsy like a few other washing machines I checked out prior to making the purchase for this one. Oh yeah, remember it has touch screen buttons, so make sure you don’t have anything like the residue from the detergent on your fingers when you go to pressed to the start button.

Replaced our broken Armana washer. Night and day difference in capacity and efficiency. The app is a nice touch. Having to manually adjust the temp is a minor inconvenience knowing other models have a cold wash cycle preprogrammed. Not much customisation for downloaded cycles and you cannot make a customer cycle on the app which is a missed opportunity. As with the matching dryer, the touch control panel is grey on black and is very difficult to see for people with poor vision. We had to add him contrast stickers to the power and start buttons to make it easier to use.

So far works great. I haven’t downloaded other options for washing. So far I like the options. The bulky items setting did not work well. It kept having a balance error. But it was fixed. Overall love the product.

great features easy to use the LG app works great and the notifications reminders are useful. decent wash quality and low noise so far no issues to complain about.

Great washer, my wife hated doing laundry before because our front loader was giving us trouble. This one has AI and it takes the guess work out of doing laundry and takes less water. love the big drum which holds extra-large loads. It also has a app that you can use to do your wash and download extra washes like overnight and others.

The large capacity makes washing bedding a breeze. We use the download function a lot to get additional washing options and appreciate the turbo function. The machine is quiet and highly recommended for families with large amounts of laundry.

I am absolutely obsessed with this washing machine. It holds so much more laundry than I thought it would. Its quiet & runs extremely smooth. I love the app so i know when the laundry is finished washing. Highly recommending to everyone! Also thinking about purchasing the matching dryer in the near future.
