Great Range with minor issues

The stove top is great and starts up without any issues. The oven heats quickly and maintains heat all the way thru cooking cycle. My only complaint is that when cleaning the stovetop there seems to be some sort of film on the stove that continues to leave streaks. My brother-in-law has the same stove and noticed the same thing. Also the grates on the stove stain easily and won't come clean afterwards.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have detected one significant flaw while using this range for only thirty days-the description of the Air Fry feature in the manual does not include any instruction on how to set the Air Fry timer so that a count down does not start before set oven temp has been reached. To complicate matters, the customer service rep at the out sourced, foreign, call center spoke with a majorly heavy accent which made understanding her instructions very difficult. Bottom line-I was able to resolve the issue but not without a fair amount of consternation.
