Super Cool

Broke down in a year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had two LG 14000 BTU air conditioners in this product line. The last one was model LP1414GXR. The condenser on the first went bad after a couple of years. I thought this was my fault because I only cleaned the top filter and was not aware of the bottom one which was caked with a thick layer of lint. I bought another exactly one year ago and I have diligently cleaned the filters once a week. The condenser on this one just went bad. The product functioned well, but do not buy one without a Geek Squad renewable protection agreement.

LG products leave much to be desired
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In general, LG HVAC products (like this one) are of average to below average quality and have exceptionally difficult interfaces (they are NOT easy to use). Manuals are close to unintelligible (written by the engineers, most likely) making the unit's difficult to set up and then difficult to operate over time. I would NOT recommend LG products, ever.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.well the app works great in other words with the app unfortunately the AC main job to cold the room don't work I bought it for a small room the my old 8k-btu make it cold in 15 mins n this one I'm still waiting to get cold I feel the colder air coming from the other AC a 15k- btu about 25 feet away LG have to Improve on the main object before anything else
