    Received the TV not in original packaging from Manufacture. Seems TV was removed and replaced with a damaged one. Called store and they were not able to help since it was purchased on line. Did call the 800 number and the customer service rep was fantastic in helping me returning the damaged one and receiving a new one.

    I have owned this LG tv for approximately 9 months. So far I have not had any issues with this unit. The apps are a little slow to start up but once in the app they work fine. The picture quality is good. I would recommend this television.

    After much experimentation calibrating, it is extremely sharp with natural and vibrant picture. Audio not bad but coupled with a sound bar.

    When choosing this tv, my wife and l compared picture, sound and looks of many tv's. We both liked the LG. We started looking at the 50"LG, but then my wife liked the 55" LG better. It was easy to install. Has great picture and sound.

    I searched a number of TVs in this size and could not be happier with it. The sleek design adds to our home and the picture is out of this world. Great TV if your in the market.

    The LG TV is only smart for one provider and I was never told this by the description online nor by the Geeks that installed it for me, who, by the way did not connect this machine to my internet as I expected they would.
