It worked for an hour before the screen went blank for a while. We had sound but no picture and now we have no sound or picture. We followed the troubleshooting steps recommended online to no avail. We are returning this one for a replacement and certainly hope the next one works. We really like the features and really did enjoy the picture and sound. I’ll be at only for a short time. This lemon or Doug is why this particular TV gets one star and really should have no stars.

You might want to check the power cable connection to ensure it's secure and plugged directly into a wall outlet. A soft reset by unplugging the TV for 60 seconds may also help. If there's still no display or sound, consider a replacement if you're within the retailer's return window.
