First "smart tv" so not real easy to learn to use but the set up part was pretty easy.

The TV wasn't what I was expecting it to be. The sound was horrible. One shouldn't have to buy a sound bar to have acceptable sound from a TV. I realize they are made thinner which makes the sound worse, but still...

How can I review this product when YOU did not have it inventory and rescheduled for delivery later this month. How can I recommend this item. It appears that YOUR computer said Best Buy delivered the product. Please update your computer to the potential delivery date.

Love LG However, it arrived with something internal broken and a week later, we are still waiting for a replacement, Does not give Best Buy a goodmrating for replacement.

unfulfilled delivery and setup

was to be delivered Sept 4. received a phone call 1 hour before my delivery window as was told that delivery setup was not going to that day.
I had to re schedule for the next available time Which was Sept 15 or later.
not satisfied with the delivery setup as it was not able to be done in a timely manor.
cannot answer the questions below because the delivery/ setup is still pending.

We had to replace a 15 year old LG TV, which we really liked, so we bought another LG. We are pleased with the new TV. It was very easy to set up and the picture is great!! We would purchase this tv again.

This TV is so popular I ordered it the end of January and have to wait over 2weeks for it to come in. I really wanted it for the superbowl but that didn't happen
