    The TV wasn't what I was expecting it to be. The sound was horrible. One shouldn't have to buy a sound bar to have acceptable sound from a TV. I realize they are made thinner which makes the sound worse, but still...

    I have had trouble with this unit from the beginning. The HDMI input is intermittent, sometimes working and sometimes won't

    How can I review this product when YOU did not have it inventory and rescheduled for delivery later this month. How can I recommend this item. It appears that YOUR computer said Best Buy delivered the product. Please update your computer to the potential delivery date.

    Love LG However, it arrived with something internal broken and a week later, we are still waiting for a replacement, Does not give Best Buy a goodmrating for replacement.

    unfulfilled delivery and setup

    was to be delivered Sept 4. received a phone call 1 hour before my delivery window as was told that delivery setup was not going to that day. I had to re schedule for the next available time Which was Sept 15 or later. not satisfied with the delivery setup as it was not able to be done in a timely manor. cannot answer the questions below because the delivery/ setup is still pending.
