Picture is great. TV set up eventually worked out, but is real confusing/difficult. I bought an LG TV and LG Sound Bar. Very disappointed with the Digital Audio cable. The cord attaches to the Bar, but not to the TV. Called LG, they told me there is a cable with two size connectors. The replacement didn't work. Had to use HDMI.

The TV works well although the instructions are a bit sketchy. The staff at the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. They told me to watch ads and if the TV was advertised for a lower price, I could return it and get a refund which I did. Great policy.

We love Best Buy. We have been waiting on a good time to purchase a OLED TV. This was a huge upgrade and the Dolby Atmos completes our Sonos experience. The best was the price matching. We found the TV a couple hundred dollars cheaper on Amazon and Best Buy matched the price. Such great service.

The LG TV is excellent, it exceeded my expectations and I am not disappointed with the product. I highly suggest this TV as it is affordable for its price. I had a friend buy the 55" TV and they enjoyed their quality of the item as well.

Absolutely amazing TV! I previously owned the Sony OLED A8H, and while it's comparable, this one feels even more refined and elevated. It has a more sophisticated vibe, and the design is just stunning. I highly recommend purchasing it!

This TV is simply amazing. Great value and great size. The delivery people were easy to work with too and very accommodating. I also like that this TV has feet instead of the central stand as it allows space for a sound bar if you're resting it on a table instead of wall mounting.

TV was everything we were looking for and were grateful for all the info from the Best Buy Sales Associate with all our questions. Never any pressure one way or the other.

It looks great, the service that the man who sold it to me was great. I did feel like he was slightly annoyed at first but I think we were able to get him into a good mood. Over all, always have shopped at Best Buy. And always will!

Its the best T.V. on the matket in this price range. Online gaming had never been so smooth and sharp, the magic remote thingy isn't the best but you forget about it quickly lol

Awesome tv. I thought being the entry level oled it would have myltiple shortcomings. I was wrong. The processor is quick. The veiwimg angle is as wide as you can get with minimal if any degradation. The only downfall, and its slight is its brightness is not suitable for a bright room with lots of sunshine. If thats your house/apartment look at the C series. If normal room like most you will LOVE this tv.

Love the thin profile and excellent vibrant colors the TV puts out. The blacks are so dark my dog started barking at her own reflection the first time she saw it lol. Moving it is the greatest hassle. Cant lay it flat or best buy will have a hissy fit and void the warranty. Best to have it delivered if you dont have a truck. The hdmi inputs went black on me once but a hard reboot fixed the issue. Hopefully thats just a one time thing. Would recommend 100%

For the price this was an excellent buy. I already has 2 TV's in my living space. This one will go in my finished basement and is perfect for the viewing distance I have.
