We are loving this tv. Once we upgraded our cable it really shined. We love the sound so much we decided we didn’t need a sound bar.

After holding off on a new tv for over a decade, this purchase is amazing. Great picture quality, phone remote app, ease of use. Only thing that i dislike is the asking for permissions to record me, take usuage data, etc feels intrusive.

Great TV - This was a replacement for an older LG model, and I couldn't be happier.

We absolutely LOVE this tv. We will not be able to go back to a regular tv. It has to be OLED. Clean and crisp pictures. We have 2 of these in our home.

Not real happy about my purchase experience with Best Buy. Only suggestion would be to check your open box items more carefully so that if you indicate that it is “excellent “, that is the case. My open box LG C 4 was missing the antenna input. Looks like it was broken off. Best Buy’s inspectors should have caught the obvious problem. I ended up having to purchase replacement TV at retail. This situation cost me time and more money. Best Buy didn’t give me any discount for time/money spent in

this is impressive tv that has true black color with amazing brightness. We love its gyroscope remote with pointer, and quick response of the menu. Totally recommend

Colors are very vivid and I like that it is lighter in weight plus the extra HDMI ports is wonderful.

great upgrade from my old tv. watching movies and shows on it is great and i also use it for gaming.
