This stove looks nice and we enjoy it's simplified controls. The Alarm chime is too quiet and sounds cheap. The lower oven tales forever to heat up and that just wastes expensive LP gas. The top of the control panel is flat enabling us to store things there

We like the oven so far, but have already had an issue that we are calling on Best Buy to fix. It is an error code for the bottom oven. One must learn to use the oven as we have burnt the first few items we've cooked in it.

This stove does NOT perform as advertised! So called super boil burner takes forever to come to a boil. Neither of the 2 ovens function properly. Save your money, do NOT buy this stove.

Damaged stove was delivered and returned, second stove was delivered. Upper oven did not work on stove from the start and 3 week later is still not repaired.

so many damages and very bad customer services.I don"t want to buy no more from best buy.

Enjoyed cooking on a gas range for the first time in years.

I LOVE this range. The black stainless is beautiful and blends perfectly with my other appliances that are just black. My gas line in back used to tuck under my other stove in its bottom drawer space so it sat flush with back wall. Since this stove doesn't have a drawer, it won't sit back flush with back wall because there's no where to tuck the gas line valve. We can have gas company come recess the gas line someday though. The burners light very quickly and have very precise flames. The oven (when preheat temp is ready# will blink the oven inside lights and play a little musical tune to tell you it's ready #same for when timer is done#. That was fun. I couldn't figure out how to even start the stoves to bake at a specific temp #buttons aren't too intuitive out of the box) so read the manual and figured it out. Convection oven in the bottom which baked things awesome. Bought the matching mountable microwave for above it. Recommends stainless steel cleaner. Inside of the stoves are brilliant blue color. Recommends not to line the stove bottom or racks with foil or anything.

We bought this a week or so before black friday for $1199 which is a steal because it hasn't gone on sale lower since, even with all the following holiday sales. It's a very nice stove with the two rapid burners, a simmer burner, and a normal burner. The griddle pan in the center is a cool feature but not really something our family uses much. The double oven is what we bought it for of course with my wife cooking large meals for family with every holiday, it's very convenient. It cooks very evenly, the only observation/complaint we might have is that the Convect bake feature doesn't work as well as another brand double oven we owned previously.

At first was going to return this unit. Was told after I bought it and complained that the middle burner was simply a warming burner not a cooking burner. My reply was it came with it's own griddle, why would it come with it's own griddle if you can't cook on it? They sent the Geek Squad out with the promise if I was still unhappy they would exchange it for something else. Geek squad came out and now I LOVE the middle burner. Cooks everything that I want. The only con is that if you use cast iron it can take a long time for the little flame to heat it enough to cook with but with the aluminum griddle that came with the stove I can cook everything. Even got a big roasting pan full of apples boiling! So if you're middle burner doesn't work it can be adjusted. I would like to further comment that Best Buy was going to let me exchange even though we were past the 15 day time limit! They worked with me very well and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase!

Very good stove/Oven combe. Love the double oven it alllows us to cook multiple dishes at the same time saves us time on big dinners.

This is a truly great oven and range. The double oven is plenty of room for big dishes, and comes in handy when making big meals, or when you need to broil something while baking another. I'll never go back to a single oven again. Biggest complaint: it takes forever to boil water. I had an electric range before, and it took maybe 5 minutes to boil a pan of water. Now it takes closer to 10 minutes. Once the water is boiling, everything is great. But I have to plan ahead when I know I need to boil anything. Oh yeah, the middle burner is fantastic, and it came with a griddle to use. I've made so many pancakes on that griddle. It's cleverly designed to be long and skinny and still allow other pans to sit beside it without taking up too much space.
